I asked for regular cream and I get extra extra cream. This is the forth day I received the same wrong order. I guess no more coffee for me and no more money for Dunkin. I couldn't even get a refund when I went back today at 3:30. I have to come back.

came thursday morning, overall very rude. i asked for cream cheese for my BAGEL twist and they were rude asking what i needed it for and then proceeded to tell me that they didn't put cream cheese in the bag because i didn't order it yet there is no option to order it via mobile order that's why i asked politely when i walked in and still received attitude. this has happened multiple times at this location, yet i never have an issue at any other dunkin.

Experience 1. Walking to the register, I hear four employees discussing how much they despise speaking English to customers, in English ironically enough. Some what confused I ordered.Experience 2. I order a coffee. What I saw was again confusing to me. After pouring the coffee she ducked down below the machine and then stood up with a smirk on her face. I can only speculate, but to say my opinion of what just happened, was that she spit in my coffee. Again it is a confusing Experience to go there,for me atleast, IF YOU ARE WHITE I would consider other places.

This is my favorite Dunkin' Donuts the workers are extremely nice my boyfriend and I come almost every morning and they always walk over to our chair to hand us our food never had such kindness at any other Dunkin

More often then not when I order through Uber Eats one of my items is forgotten. I've also written to Uber Eats but the employees packing the orders really need to read the receipts..... this time it was an ENTIRE box of donuts... not sure small item....
