My family and I stopped in here on a morning that had been especially difficult. The kindness we received from the staff definitely turned things around for us. They were not only professional, but they went out of their way to be helpful. The large coffee I got was excellent. Thanks to all the staff here.

my boyfriend and i go here all the time. normally they are very kind and rarely mistakes. but today, everyone in there must be in a bad mood. the person at the speaker scolded us for coming to pick up a mobile order too soon “because its a latte” but the second item in my order had cold foam which the app literally tells you to pick up as soon as possible for quality reasons. when we got to the window both drinks were a dripping mess. coffee/cold foam all over the lids and they gave us attitude when we asked for napkins. no manners whatsoever. sorry if we upset the staff by being customers, but we didn’t do anything to deserve that attitude.

We are thankful for Milena and the team at this Highland Ave in Salem MA. She was very kind and professional. The donuts were delicious too and the order was accurate. We love our grandchildren and they love Duncan too so eating Duncan Donuts together gives us happy times together and is a gift! ! And we are reminded of the greatest gift given to us when God gave us Jesus who demonstrated his love when he sent him to earth to die for your and my sins on the cross and by believing in him you would not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16

I ordered my Maple Bacon Sandwich like I always do, and asked for it to not be toasted. Reason being, I’ve received many burnt sandwiches in the past and would rather not deal with something that you need metal teeth to chew through. The sandwich I received today was black on the ends. The employees probably aren’t paid enough to care, but this is unacceptable.
I hate leaving low reviews but i feel like i have to on this one. i work not to far from this location so today i went over for a Matcha Latte and some snacks. When i got back to work and sat down for my break i had about half my drink before i felt EXTREMLY nauseous. I usually get Matcha lattes cuz they are easy on the stomach but not even 10min after drinking half the drink i was slumped over the work bathrooms toilet throwing up matcha powder. No milk, no sugar, nothing that i ate, just matcha powder.
I used to work at Dunkin so i was shocked to see myself throwing up none digested matcha powder. It only really tells me that the powder must be old and hasn’t been replaced properly.
I’m not angry or upset just a little sad i got sick as work and couldn’t enjoy the rest of my drink. The workers there were sweet and service was fast so if anyone sees this who works there please check your matcha powder it’s gone bad!
