The food was delicious but I really appreciated the service. I asked for whole wheat bread and as the waitress was bringing the sandwich out, she noticed the bread was wrong. She ran back to the kitchen to have them remake it. She didn’t even know I can’t eat white bread for medical reasons, she just did that. I’m used to a lot of places not being careful when it comes to dietary restrictions, so the server’s commitment to go above and beyond meant a lot.

Great location really fast service and good food. Between the three of us, we had a bowl of chowder a BLT and a chicken wrap all of which were great. The price was decent for being right in the center of the pedestrian area of Salem and we had no trouble getting a seat on a Friday afternoon. I will say the bathrooms are down a very steep flight of stairs that had water dripping so it’s a choose your risk type of thing if you need to use the bathroom. The service was fantastic as well.

The highlight of this place was their server Holli, her and I having the same name and spelling was an instant connection. She was fantastic! Checked on us and delivered great food! Highly recommend Holli and this place for a bite to eat.

When the “service” ruins the whole meal 😒
I don’t usually post rants, but this place really tested my patience today. How you gonna serve frozen fruit on top of pancakes and French toast, soggy potatoes, and then have the nerve to expect a tip? 😤 The food was straight-up nasty, the service had zero effort, and the attitude was unreal.
If you can’t treat customers with respect or cook a decent meal, don’t push that tip screen in my face. Do better.

Fast and friendly, walked in during the lunch ruch, was seated right away. We had our food in less then ten minutes, an everthing was wonderful.

4 stars because the service was great! But the cook “Jhonny” made our experience terrible. He yelled and mistreated all the staff because of an error they caused which made the whole restaurant quiet. He made the staff cry and run out the door. Super unprofessional and upsetting. But the service was great.
