Our small group came here after a long day of walking around Salem. The restaurant itself is visually pleasing. The service on the other hand, I have never had a more rude and inconsiderate waitress probably ever. She rolled her eyes when we asked for things, huffed. I almost thought I had walking into one of those restaurants that is mean to you on purpose. It was that bad. But the kickerâŠ..a mouse running across the floor. Needless to say, I will not be back!

Ginger was a dang good treat during Haunted Happenings. Things get crazy in the season but Ginger kept their cool. They've got a pretty good lobster special. Alice and Cheshire are national treasures. The Salem Cowboy approves.

Went for lunch today- we were the only people in the entire restaurant. The server abandoned us after taking our order- he was at the cashier station up front on his phone. The bartender brought our food, but the gave the shrimp dumplings to the guest in our party with a shellfish allergy. Thankfully we verified which dumplings were which and we avoided a cross contamination/allergy event. After we ate, we sat at our booth for 45 minutes before finally requesting our bill. Our server was still on his phone. They spent our entire mealtime and 45 minutes we were waiting for our bill chatting up the only guest at the bar. After we finally got the bill it took whomever another 15 minutes to come collect the payment.
The food was good, but donât go if you have any plans for the day.

I really love the food here itâs always fresh and delicious, and Iâve been coming for a while. However, my last visit was disappointing because of how one of the staff members acted. While I was ordering food for my boyfriend and myself, our server interrupted me to say, âOkay, I think thatâs enough food for two people.â Like excuse meee???? I found that really rude and unprofessional. Itâs not their place to comment on how much someone orders, and it definitely made the experience uncomfortable.

I had dinner here on Halloween:
I had 1 guiness, 2 cucumber roll, 1 rice and vegetables and 1 lobster ramen and they charged me 103 đ€ I didn't asked for the receipt because I didn't want to bother, they were busy. I get it it was probably the busiest day of the year but that's not a reason to charge ppl whatever you want...

Our group ordered calamari, shrimp fried rice, chicken lo mein, plain wings, General Tsoâs chicken, a 1 lb seafood boil (crab and shrimp in garlic butter), and chicken ramen. Unfortunately, the ramen was the biggest disappointment â honestly, instant ramen at home tastes better.
Compared to other Asian restaurants, the portions were pretty small, so just a heads-up. The rest of the food was okay, nothing special. On the bright side, the atmosphere and service were great, but unfortunately, the food alone isnât enough to make us want to return.

We ordered appetizers and our main course but everything came out together. What's the point of ordering appetizer when all the food come out at the same time? The food was passable. But what I am confused was an automatic 20% tip added to my bill? When service was not even that great? Our server didn't even come back to check on us.

Perfect place to enjoy Salem in October. Very gluten allergy friendly , my daughter has Celiac and had no reactions! Food was delicious and service was prompt and efficient. Would go back!
