Do not eat here. The customer service is terrible. My family and I were seated and ignored by three servers for 20 minutes, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. To make matters worse, they seated and served four other tables while we waited. I will never eat here again.

I had reviewed IHOP a few years ago and gave them 4 stars. Unfortunately I feel I should update to 3 stars. On a recent visit I ordered an omelet and the peppers and onions were placed on top of the omelet, not inside. On another visit I ordered a crepe and the apples were on top of the crepe, not cooked at all. When I informed my waiter he told me that's how they're made. 🤔 He didn't give me a hard time however and I got to replace my meal. I got a cheeseburger which was thankfully inside the bun.

Poor customer service provided by the server (server looks in her mid-40s to early 50s, wear glasses and normally has short curly hair). Been here multiple times and is always the same poor customer service by the same person.

Just left the Salem store. Worst breakfast I ever had. I order 2 scrambled eggs. With sausage. Girl was in space never got my breakfast. My husband was finished eating and asked if we needed anything else we asked where is my breakfast oh do you wanted to go never got to eat got a half a pot of coffee cause $22. Do yourself a favor and do not go eat there actually it was $22.23. Walked in to be seated three girls in the office with a manager door wide open all the waitresses and bus girls at the hostess and total confusion. Nobody doing their job will never go back there. I’d starve to death first.

I recently tried the Mexican Tres Leches Pancakes at IHOP, and they were an absolute treat! The pancakes were fluffy and moist, infused with the rich, sweet flavors of traditional tres leches cake. Topped with a drizzle of sweetened milk, each bite was indulgent without being too heavy. These pancakes are perfect if you’re craving something unique for breakfast or brunch. Highly recommend giving them a try if you want to take your pancake game to the next level!

The food was delicious and the service was spectacular. Too bad for the person who cleans the tables and picks up the dishes. He was in a hurry and gave us to understand that we were interrupting his work. A very uncomfortable moment (we went on Sunday Oct 27th in the morning).

I will never eat here, food is gross, bathrooms are nasty, mice running all around when I said something they didn't even care. Lastly the customer service is HORRIBLE. Don't ever eat here you are literally taking your chances on getting sick. Go down the street to April's if you want excellent food with excellent customer service.
