You guys really need to do something with this lady,why she still working there,every time I go there I have to wait till the end of her shift because how rude she is,the looks she gives you when you use the app,I had to contact corporate and make a report because this location don’t do nothing about it..even the other workers complain about her how rude she is ..

I went with my family, they sit us right away but we waited for like 20 minutes and I see people walking in and they take their order right in the moment. Worse service. We walked out.

The waiter was very unprofessional, we were the only ones there and we couldn't find him after food arrived. He never gave us steak sauce or butter after we asked him for it, And then waiting for the bill for about 15 minutes and still didn't get it. We had to go to the front desk to try and pay. Very complacent at his job.

Horrible do not waste your money. Ordered chicken fried steak and they neglected to tell me they were out of country gravy until after I got my food. I wouldn’t have even bothered ordering it had I know. So I got a side of hollandaise sauce instead which was cold as ice. Workers need to put a little more pride into what they do. I won't be coming back.

What’s happening with the staffing here? The constant screaming from a manager as called Naiba. She was yelling at the bus boy yelling at the waitresses and yelling the cooks in the kitchen. The whole restaurant could hear her from all angles. She kept talking in a condescending manner and not supportive way. All the waiters looked stressed while she spoke over them. Barking orders and talking down at any mistake or even for no mistakes.
Also the side convos were inappropriate, staff refer to customer's by old, annoying, and other things in Spanish words.
Staff needs training on how to run a restaurant to make it pleasant atmosphere.
That manager needs FULL TRAINING ; or be relocated to a different position.

The burrito tasted like chemicals, the service took forever to bring the check all the people watching us looking for our waiter no one cared to ask if we need help finally my husband went to the counter still we waited for the waiter. The portions are way too small for the price they charge. Find a small business this place is over charged under whelming

Unbelievably slow service and refusal for a refund waited over 2 hours for 1 meal. I try and be understanding but come on.

quick service, alot of language translation issues but very nice to fix the mistakes. our sausage definitely got forgot until we were almost done and I asked about it again, came quickly but was definitely an after though and forgot originally.
Great service, even better iced tea.
