stopped on our vacation to Boston while exploring in Salem! such a cute little shop!! our drinks were perfection!! I got a something seasonal coconut brulee? we also had a caramel latte both were delicious! amazing Boba selection too!!

I visited Jaho in Salem, Massachusetts on April 19, 2025, the Saturday before Easter. I had four friends with me, and we planned to purchase ice cream. I was first directed to use the tablet kiosks to set up my order, despite there being no line of people and the cashier was just chatting with an employee. Sure, no problem. I ordered five ice creams and a large mocha coffee. The total cost was just under $60, and neither the tablet nor the receipt clerk offered me a receipt. Not a big deal for quality product in return....except my name was called almost 5 minutes later to tell me there was no ice cream in store at all, that they would make my coffee still and refund the rest of my purchase onto my bank card in 3-5 business days. That sucks, but stuff happens, right? .....However, my four friends and I waited inside the Salem, massachusetts Jaho coffee for ten more minutes, while there were no other ordering customers at all, for that coffee of mine to be made before I walked up to the barista employee to ask about my coffee. She then told me there was no coffee order active, that I was not getting a coffee.
I was a bit annoyed about all of our time being wasted for nothing and for the Jaho coffee company holding my $60 hostage, but I figured it was just an error, that my whole order was refunded. Two days have passed, and my online banking has now revealed the original Jaho reciept and the receipt of my refund. Jaho Coffee company robbed me $12. I was still charged for a coffee, promised that coffee and told ten minutes later that I was not getting a coffee.
Jaho Coffee company are thieves that prey on tourists. Do yourself and everyone you care about a favor: take your time and money to virtually ANYWHERE ELSE ON EARTH.

I was here for 3 days straight working on a project with some classmates. The atmosphere is literally out of this world. It’s quiet and super cozy. The food is great as well. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because that bathroom is horrendous. It’s ALWAYS dirty. The floors are always wet and look like it hasn’t been moped in ages. It’s a little bit disappointing actually because I usually spend hours there and use the bathroom a few times and I never look forward to walking in there. I really hope they can take more care of it
