I visited Jaho in Salem, Massachusetts on April 19, 2025, the Saturday before Easter. I had four friends with me, and we planned to purchase ice cream. I was first directed to use the tablet kiosks to set up my order, despite there being no line of people and the cashier was just chatting with an employee. Sure, no problem. I ordered five ice creams and a large mocha coffee. The total cost was just under $60, and neither the tablet nor the receipt clerk offered me a receipt. Not a big deal for quality product in return....except my name was called almost 5 minutes later to tell me there was no ice cream in store at all, that they would make my coffee still and refund the rest of my purchase onto my bank card in 3-5 business days. That sucks, but stuff happens, right? .....However, my four friends and I waited inside the Salem, massachusetts Jaho coffee for ten more minutes, while there were no other ordering customers at all, for that coffee of mine to be made before I walked up to the barista employee to ask about my coffee. She then told me there was no coffee order active, that I was not getting a coffee.
I was a bit annoyed about all of our time being wasted for nothing and for the Jaho coffee company holding my $60 hostage, but I figured it was just an error, that my whole order was refunded. Two days have passed, and my online banking has now revealed the original Jaho reciept and the receipt of my refund. Jaho Coffee company robbed me $12. I was still charged for a coffee, promised that coffee and told ten minutes later that I was not getting a coffee.
Jaho Coffee company are thieves that prey on tourists. Do yourself and everyone you care about a favor: take your time and money to virtually ANYWHERE ELSE ON EARTH.

I arrived early to an appointment and this coffee shop was beside my appointment so I stopped in. I love the atmosphere. Very clean and has a nice vibe. Saw some students enjoying there food while working on their homework
I just got a coffee,… delicious!!!
I definitely heading back for a sandwich later this week.

This coffee shop was so cute! I got a matcha and it was delicious! We also got a strawberry donut and it was so good, definitely recommend. It did take a while for drink to be made but it was extremely crowded in there so it was understandable.

Everything bagel way too salty !! Vegan cream cheese taste like margarine (nice to offer something vegan but it was really not good) no other vegan option, only one vegetarian option with eggs. Latte and pastries were really good thought

My boyfriend and I stopped in for brunch and we were not disappointed! I got the Nutella latte which was nicely balanced with the flavors. The bagel sandwiches were extremely filling and what we were looking for.
Would recommend for sure if you're in the area!

Me and all of my cousins went here for coffee and my cousin got a Carmel iced coffee and when trying it tasted like water. We then asked one of the wokers to remake or add more coffee or something and she gave nothing but attitude and said it was impossible that it tasted like water. After hastle they remade it and the girl making the coffee was giving attitude about having to remake it as well. it was fine made the second time. Bad workers and okay food. the coffee was okay when made right but nothing to rave about.

Can't go wrong with home baked goods and Bailey's in my hot chocolate. Lots of specialty espresso based drinks to choose from. Awesome customer service and great atmosphere. Definitely coming back.
