the barista did not get my order right and when I simply asked for more flavor in my latte, she had an attitude and wouldn't do it. I wanted the apple cider donut latte. all I got was a latte. it was horrible and her attitude made me not want to be there anymore.

Love the coffee there and the service. Ruan is the best! He’s always so pleasant and friendly. I also buy beans to grind at home. I seldom dine in as I am on the go but the Loring Ave place is clean and comfortable. The Canal Street location is especially nice for hanging out but is on my morning route anymore. The Derby Street location is more rustic but great location by the harbor and historic areas.

It is so cute inside. Very open, yet cozy. Perfect place to get some work done and enjoy a variety of drinks, food, and treats. It is also open late (11pm) so great for a late night craving. Service was great as well!
