Really good food but they charge extra for certain add-ons that they will consistently forget if you order takeout. It’s happened to me so often that I wouldn’t be surprised if it was intentional.

Way too much seaweed in the ramen, i got the Colonel Sanders Ramen a nd the chicken was phenomenal but the whole experience was ruined by there being basically a much bitter wakame in the broth as noodles, and the appetizers feel like a prank when it's just like... a plate of olives or a bowl of feta cheese

The service was incredible however, our server was excellent and very helpful

Came with small kids and everyone was happy, which almost never happens. Back alley bacon ramen with spicy broth was fantastic, regular pizzas were excellent as was the gluten free pizza. Top-notch service to boot.

You almost never see a place with multiple cuisines get it right—this is the exception. Add it to your list.

Most importantly, the staff here is incredible and very attentive. I’ve been coming here for the past few years and I absolutely LOVE it as it is one of the most flavorful ramens on the North Shore. I have to say, the consistency is really lacking when it comes to the quality of ramen. I’ve introduced Kokeshi to friends and family members and they’ve returned their dishes multiple times because of the pork cuts, overcooked noodles, etc…

I wish the consistency was more frequent because when it’s done right - it’s perfect. More often than not LATELY it’s not the same as it used to be. It’s really upsetting expecting what you are used to being served, and noticing the quality of dishes going downhill.

Came from Texas and was craving ramen, unfortunately the pork belly in my ramen was undercooked.

Had the Vietnamese noodles & green tea, both were so delicious! I even googled the tea to buy when I get home. Our server was also super friendly! Thanks for the great food & service! :)

Must say this was a surprise experience.

We were looking for a place to eat and the Pizza caught of eyes. However we had pizza, an amazing bolognese dish, and ramen; and it was all delicious!

This place was clean with a great atmosphere. It is a small place so you may need to wait, we did; and it was worth it. The staff was also super friendly.

Worth a visit. Enjoy!

The pizza is tasteless and overpriced. Nice ambiance tho.

My girlfriend and I were confused yet intrigued by the concept of these two establishments coexisting together. The tofu ramen was overwhelmingly salty yet flavorless simultaneously. I had a delicious mocktail though! Our waitress was was so kind all through and was even able to get my ramen comped.

Kid-friendliness: Not a lot of space for strollers or kids to run around, but the staff was very accomodating and nice with the kids.
Pizzas were Napolitan style and good. Would recommend.

TLDR; Not your average ramen shop. Great flavors, unique dishes in the heart of Salem.

Kokeshi, you had me at Colonel Sanders ramen with Vermont butter. And you did not disappoint. Yes, this ramen house has traditional recipes you know and love, but it also has delicious new takes on the classics. We loved the fried dumplings, steam buns, and - of course - noodles.

The atmosphere is very laid back, and the staff is very friendly. A great place to curb your hunger with lunch or dinner while on the witchy trail.

The spicy white kimchi ramen was like a warm hug on a chilly windy night. The creamy chili sauce was super tasty and packed with flavor. Recommend skipping an appetizer so you can have more room for the ramen and broth, definitely come with an empty stomach because this is a packed bowl of deliciousness you aren’t going to want to waste. After driving 7hrs this is exactly what I needed!
