I have NEVER met such rude and ignorant staff as I’ve met at this McDonald’s location!! ALWAYS IGNORANT!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The funniest part when they talk about you in Spanish and about wanting to spit in your food (think you don’t understand😂). They better hope they did nothing to my order because that was for my children and nephew…every single interaction with the people for the past 2 years living in Salem has sucked!! Rushing you to make your order and then Messing up the order and not wanting to fix it haha even better…then at the 2nd window the Dominican dude purposely laughed and was holding my order not wanting to give it to me. TRASH. Save yourself the trip. Go elsewhere… I’m wondering if the Lietz family still owns this location because they are wonderful people and to have these staff representing them will drive it into the ground. DO BETTER PEOPLE

In that place there are some employees who ignore you. When one arrives they look at you and continue as if they hadn't seen you. There are many people waiting in line and all you can hear is the laughter of the employees. They leave you waiting for a long time and in the end they give you the food with things missing. And the employees speak badly to the customers.

they didn't give me the chicken nuggets in my order, that i paid for. I did not bother to go back for it, but SLOPPY service.

This located repeatedly hands out the wrong food.
Most people who work ( not all)here don’t respect. They are rude. I they don’t bring the order to the table even though it’s mobile order with table number chosen. They don’t care about who dine in, always no body in the counter. Every body is talking and working inside, they care about the drive through orders only.
They make lots of order mistakes. They are annoyed and frustrated for some reason. They hate their work.
I wish the administration of this McD location to take care of those employees and give them more love and training. I believe they are good people with less passion for the work and less training and understanding of this service business.

I when and order a ice coffee, and they gave me a black ice coffee.she claim that's what I order.I told the person that I wanted an ice coffee with cream.Am never going back to the McDonald's on canal st. Salem,ma.
my partner and I went to this location. he ordered from the app and forgot my fries. he asked the drive thru employee if he could add something to the order separately with cash and she just said "no". to top this off I went to get the fries myself and asked for more ketchup packets from an employee. she just put them on the table and didn't even hand them to me. unacceptable behaviors that shouldn't be tolerated

Honestly, this location (way more so than others) is a hit-or-miss. There have been many times where my order has been wrong or missing things, or I’ve lost my deals/coupons because of human error, etc.
They’re usually always friendly though, but be wary of accuracy especially late night!
