Nothing ever gets fixed. That's how Salem is. Their order machine is often out of paper, so it doesn't give receipts. Sometimes it will give a paper receipt, but with no ink. Good grief, FIX IT. That order thing high on the wall has been broken for weeks. I work for food delivery. Onetime I picked up an order, and asked the female employee if the drinks were in the bag. She confirmed that they were. But when I delivered the bag to the customer, she came running out of her house asking where the drinks were. Also, I've seen disgruntled customers more than once going back into the restaurant due to the orders being wrong.

Many times when they run out of stuff. They just don't tell you and substitute it with soemthing else. For example. Ice tea lemonade. It will be just tea with a shot of lemonade or lemonade with a shot of tea. It would be better and easier to just say it and we can pick something else. Attached is a picture of the "ice tea lemonade" 😂 .
Most of the time the hot coffee is not very hot, it seems like they don't have the proper heating and I always have to ask for them to heat it up more. I also want to add that iced coffee, even though they put a lot of coffee cream in it, you can't drink it because of how bitter they make it, which is why I haven't bought it again. I suggest that you prepare it well so that you gain more clients. In my case I bought it without caffeine so that it is not very bitter but it is the opposite.

wow this McDonald's is so bad . I will never go there again . I ordered a chicken sandwich and nuggets with fries and 2 sundaes. it came out to $30 which is ? ridiculous but the worst part was that the chicken sandwich was like rubber literally uneditable and the fries were old and soggy . the nuggets were not bad so I payed $30 for a 6 peice. what a joke . and this is the second time I bought a chicken sandwich there that was uneditable. not sure if they are cooking it to long or not enough but I was so mad about spending $30 for a 6 peice nuggets. I could of went to a deli and got a nice fresh cold cut sandwich or maybe like 5 of them for $30. stay away from this McDonald's they need help seriously teaching employees how to cook. McDonald's if you read this , you owe me a free couple of meals cause that's the second time I got beat for $30. I should have learned the first time so it's probably my bad. but never again until I get reimbursed
