If I were to rate this place a zero I would. Bad costumer service. We went back for a drink and this lady says its not a drink it’s an ice cream shake the same bs. And she closes the window on me. Bad service bad attitude with all the employees. Also they tried to guilt trip me we didn’t pay when i had to highlight the receipt that we did pay for it.

i have never been so mad. i mobile ordered my breakfast at 10:40…. 20 minutes before breakfast ends. i drive to the location and get there at 11. when i walk inside i said i had a mobile order and the worker told me there was no order for that name and to see the code i go onto the app and it says my order was cancelled. the smirk the worker gave me confirmed my belief that she knew about my order and cancelled it. i did NOT receive my money back and i am extremely disappointed. i then got a chicken sandwich since my order was cancelled and sat down to eat it with 10 flys around me. do not eat here

me and my friend placed mobile orders for breakfast at 10:40. we did this because we knew we couldn’t make it there by 11 when it said breakfast ended. We thought we were doing the right thing but unfortunately we drive all the way to mcdonald’s which was a 20 min drive just to get there and see our orders were cancelled without a heads up. The worker laughed at us when we realized. Highly disappointed and we did NOT receive our money back!

I usually go through the McDonald’s drive-thru, but today they had an issue with sewer water, so the drive-thru was closed. I went inside to order and eat, but the place was a mess. All the tables were dirty, the trash bins were overflowing, and the employees were just standing around laughing and chatting instead of doing their jobs.
Got breakfast, no syrup no ketchup no utensils soggy hash browns and orange juice was room temperature. Not good at all. Get it together!!

Nothing ever gets fixed. That's how Salem is. Their order machine is often out of paper, so it doesn't give receipts. Sometimes it will give a paper receipt, but with no ink. Good grief, FIX IT. That order thing high on the wall has been broken for weeks. I work for food delivery. Onetime I picked up an order, and asked the female employee if the drinks were in the bag. She confirmed that they were. But when I delivered the bag to the customer, she came running out of her house asking where the drinks were. Also, I've seen disgruntled customers more than once going back into the restaurant due to the orders being wrong.
