I’ve never tried mercy I’ve heard many good things about the food. Yesterday I finally tried it and everything was delicious. The staff were very nice and attentive. I will definitely be coming back!

Go on a Tuesday for their burger night special!! For $10 you get a burger and side—best value in the city!! The burgers were so flavorful, couldn’t get enough. It’s a cute little tavern with people of all ages inside. We ordered the bbq bacon burger and their special for the day-the NOLA burger since it was Fat Tuesday. They should make the NOLA burger a permanent staple, it was so good!! Can’t leave a review without talking about their garlic fries—OMG they were to die for. They roast the garlic and add it to the fries and it was a perfect touch.

The food was great and it seemed very popular. My only complaint was the service. When asking for seating they asked how many people and once given an answer they just stared at us. When we then asked if we seat ourselves they got upset as if impatient with us. When they took our drink orders they asked two of us what we wanted and then rushed off and completely ignored the final member of our party. And when our waiter came back up to take our food orders and we finally were able to asked for the third drink the waitress just went “yeah, what about the food?” Not bothering to really acknowledge the fact that she had previously blown us off.

Super friendly place with excellent vibes. My spouse, who loves reubens, ate his sandwich and then told me that it was the best reuben he'd had in his life. He's not one to use superlatives often, so Mercy makes a very special sandwich.

First visit with our son who lives in Salem and loves this place. Our food was amazing....Ruben, Fish Tacos, Grilled Romain Salad, French Onion Soup. Only one chardonnay offered and was a little lite on butter and depth. Will be back.

One our go-to places in Salem. Love the Mercy Burger, fish tacos, and chicken wings. We appreciate the side salad as an option. And the cocktails are fantastic. They change up the cocktail menu seasonally and usually include a savory/non-sweet one which is rare around here. Try the Killer Queen if they have it! Service is friendly too. Note: pic shows a single patty Mercy Burger, which I requested. It's a double patty normally. Yummy!
