I love the soup factory so much! When ever I need food that feels like a hug this is my go to! Friendly staff, great soup, I just got the Mac and cheese for the first time and heated it up when I got home from work and it was so good! I wish the chicken pot pie and twice baked potato wasn’t rotational soups, so if you see them on the menu DON’T MISS OUT!

I have been having their soup since college over 20 years ago. The absolute best and I drive half an hour to have it whenever I'm in town. Corn and clam chowder is hands down the greatest soup I've ever had.

It was a cold New England day & the soup hit just the right spot. The employees were fine not friendly but not rude. The prices were fine for what you got. I've had better soup but I've also had way worse.
