I always stop by here when I'm in Salem or passing by. Great atmosphere, delicious pastries (coconut lemon mojito scone and/or savory chive scones are the best), and obviously amazing coffee. Everybody is super warm and welcoming. Definitely check it out if you're in the area!

I went to Odd Meter for the very first time. At first I was hesitant because I never been, and I was going there for my very first date but the minute I walked into those doors it felt like such a safe place to be myself!! The employees were so nice and sweet!! I never really drank coffee so when I asked if they had any recommendations they were kind enough to help me figure out what to order!! These are such wonderful amazing people!! And the atmosphere was so cozy and relaxing, the most amazing experience I had if you decide to go, please leave them a tip they deserve the world!!

At that moment I felt like that, but as explained by the attendant, it wasn't what I was feeling. I have always received very good service at this establishment. What a strange experience I had at Odd Meter. I went to get a cappuccino with my eco-cup, as one does when they’re trying to reduce waste, and the nice woman behind the counter instructed me to take my cup over to the pick up counter which I did. She mixed a shot of espresso into some foamed milk and proceeded to pour that mixture into my cup on the counter? Hahahahaha! I was so shocked I said “Is that a cappuccino?” to which she replied “yes”. It was all so surreal and then I realized she didn’t want to touch my cup?!!! Never in my life had I seen such a thing and coincidentally this was the four year anniversary of covid! I asked for another cappuccino to go and received what looked to be a perfect cappuccino. I didn’t taste it as it was for a friend. Odd Meter you should rename yourself Odd Manners! A germaphobe barista? That’s a first!

A super cute, busy cafe with absolutely delicious coffee. They have a lovely menu, a good array of milk alternatives, and creative seasonal drinks. A little pricey but nothing out of the ordinary. My fave coffee in Salem!

The coffee was very watery like almost everywhere, I ordered a cinnamon roll and it was hard, and on top of that I had to ask for the sugar, the spoon and they are things that should be served to you without having to get up every time, then if you have to give tip, for bad service, the atmosphere is good, and a bathroom that you have to ask for the key every time...at least it has a key.
