grossest food. party of two, waited around 35 minutes which was no problem considering it was a busy weekend. If anything, I was more excited to eat here because it smelt great outside and the long line must have meant the food was good. WRONG. i was initially expecting a bigger menu, but was fine with the minimal options they had. i got a bacon burger, my boyfriend got a chicken bacon ranch panini (which wasnt even a panini). both seemed reheated. i swear they must of been. i got my burger cooked medium, it was so beyond well done and dry, as if it were precooked and reheated. his panini was also gross. the chicken was dry and rubbery, again as if it were reheated. i took a bite of the bacon by itself and couldn’t even swallow it. the fries were fine, but how can you screw up a frozen steak fry? our waiter was nice though. but I was so disappointed he had to spend $40+ on a meal neither of us liked, when there were SO many other food options around we could have enjoyed more. When we left, i told a group at the end of the line not to waste their time, and lucky for them they listened and left the line. I rarely leave food reviews, but this place had me so disappointed.

We stopped in for drinks and the atmosphere and service was delightful. Had an Irish coffee as well as some of their specialty beers and they had a singer who was very lively.

The food was great , it was a little bit longer of a wait than we would have liked, but nothing crazy . The atmosphere got a downgrade for us just because of the guys out in front of the bar yelling the same 3 quotes every few minutes trying to get passers-by to buy merch for the bar. It would have been fine if they weren't also bothering people in the line to buy merch before we could even go in. I definitely understand the sales aspect , but it was a bit much while we were waiting .

We both got the grilled cheese with tomato soup , and I can easily say it was the best tomato soup I've ever had .

Was not given any utensils or condiments. Had to go find them on my own. Had to wait 20 minutes for my second drink, which I decided not to get. Disappointing.

We stood in line for almost an hour despite there being a table for two in the window where I was lined up ( that table was vacant for around half an hour and eventually I ended up in it 🤷🏾‍♀️) ordered a magners … it’s an Irish pub, …apparently keg not cooled so not available
Had a panini for dinner. It was more like grilled cheese made with what looked like regular bread based on the bread “ shape “. It had chicken but it was sooo thin and didn’t even cover 2/3 of bread with one slice of bacon. This place was recommended to me by someone who lives on Salem . I don’t what I did to piss them off😂
There was a continual line out front despite there being at least 5 tables and one booth vacant. Server was pleasant

Visited oniells today (11/2) for lunch as a party of 4 adults and 2 infants (under 1 year old) and we were extremely disappointed in the service. For starters, our waitress had a horrible attitude from the beginning. We had started to tell her about splitting the checks and she immediately cut me off stating they dont split checks. We got our food and it was just ok. Certainly not worth the price whatsoever. Then when we got the check, we noticed they automatically put gratuity in at an ABSURD 20%. When we questioned it, we were told that because we were a party of 6, they add it in. Again, we had 2 INFANTS who dont eat solids and we didnt order anything for them. Apparently they only do it during "peak season." Once again, i truly wouldnt count beginning of November as peak. We were very excited to try this pub but it's safe to say that we will never be back.

The atmosphere was the only good thing about this place. The Shepard pie was not worth the price. Also if you happen to come during the tourist season which is even in November, and you also happen to be a party of 4 with 2 infants under 12 months you will be counted as a party of 6 and charged a non disclosed gratuity of 20%. Mind you this charge is not listed in the window board or even on the menu. There were better bars in this town.

The server informed us that they are running a limited menu in the month of October because of Salem haunted happenings. This means no Irish nachos. Which is what we came here for. The Guinness was disappointing. If you call yourself an Irish pub, you need to be able to pour a good Guinness, and theirs was passable, at best. The burger was disgraceful. I asked for it medium and it came out overcooked, no pink whatsoever; it was completely flavorless, and the bacon was about as good as the bacon I got at the hotel breakfast buffet this morning. The service was pretty bad too. Overall, skip this place especially if you're used to going to a decent Irish pub, or if you enjoy food with seasoning and flavor.

Wheelchair accessibility: I have to give them decent marks for wheelchair accessibility. bathrooms are decently accessible, although getting in the front entrance was a bit of a struggle. But the hostess was kind enough to hold the door for us.

If you are not from US, and don't have your passport, don't bother trying, they'll turn you away.

Edit: I had my Driving license which doubles as a photographic ID.

Avoid at all cost!! Waitress gave us the worst service ever was so rude and at the end of the meal she grabbed my credit card from my hand disappeared with it for 10 min and gave herself a 20% tip without my consent. Our food was really just okay but the service is soooo bad i will literally have to cancel my card after this cause i have no idea what she did with it. Its completely unacceptable. I never would have tough someone could do something like this.

WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO. From the beginning to the end. The menu is horrible I don’t understand how this place is even open. Food is inedible the nachos were nachos you would make at home cheese not even melted didn’t touch them and the waitress didn’t say a word. As a waitress myself if I saw my table didn’t eat something I would address it. Got paninis they were not paninis it was just toasted bread with chicken bacon ranch in it.the kids drinks weren’t included in the kids meal so we paid full price for kids drinks. Even the water tasted nasty they gave us. The waitress was not attentive at all she went missing when we asked for the bill and stood by us while we paid the bill thought that was very strange. Over priced food that was nasty. Overall terrible experience and we all ended up sick.
