The pork tenderloin was cold. The waitress was inattentive. Me and a co worker saw 1 large rat and 2 small rats on the dining floor.. It was a horrible experience. The inspectional services dept needs to get involved.

First time at Dire Wolf Tavern-- not the last! Service was impeccable. Food was amazing! Best burger in town for sure and the truffle fries were to die for! We were there for lunchtime on a Monday. My only suggestion for improvement is to consider the volume of the music. It was a bit loud for the time of day. Otherwise, a great experience!

I ordered the Head Hunters roll. I added pics to show what I thought I was ordering vs. what I got. It's missing half the things advertised on it. Idk if they accidentally packed it up before they were done making the roll? The nachos also look like leftovers from yesterday morning, like old crusty cheese. Jalapenos starting to shrivel. The chips are kinda stale. Today is National Nacho Day too. I'm pretty disappointed and don't recommend this place.
I hate to keep repeating myself, but we absolutely love this place. The food is excellent. The staff is wonderful and we've been here since the beginning.  Plus there is a rewards program that's amazing.

I had a terrible experience here. The food was overcooked and barely edible, and to make matters worse, I actually saw rodents running on the floor near the booth where we were sitting. The restaurant was dirty and clearly not being maintained. The manager never came over or apologized, even after staff were told about the issue. Completely unacceptable — I’ll never go back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

This was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant… sat at the bar, and food and cups from previous people weren’t ever cleaned up for the 20-30 minutes we sat there. The place was not busy at all… Also not one person came up to offer us a drink or water while we were waiting there. While we waited, I was looking around at the bar and there were, I kid you not, 40-50 empty cups on the bar that were dirty. The whole place was dirty and DISGUSTING. Do not go here!!!
