When I went into pizza world and there service was delightful. Warm welcome. Fresh salads were great big. N the bread. Fresh. There pizza was really good to fresh. Topping was great. . Food would say hands down great,clean, good vibe. Very comfortable for families .

Do not order from Pizza World. I ordered 11 pizzas this morning around 10:30am for my daughter's birthday party. I requested them to be delivered around 1:30pm. I received multiple email and text confirmations about my order and delivery time. 10 minutes after the pizza was scheduled to arrive, I received a text message telling me my order was cancelled. I had to scramble and order 11 pizzas last minute because Pizza World gave me no notice or communication that they couldn't fulfill this order. I called multiple times and no one answered. Is this even a real business? I haven't talked to a person yet so I'm not convinced they actually exist. The only reason we chose Pizza World is that they supposedly have a gluten free option and we had multiple guests with celiacs. I will never make this mistake again. Luckily Mandees (also in Salem) who we normally order from, was able to deliver us 11 pizzas on short notice (within an hour which was impressive!). I will continue to order from Mandees in the future and look for other restaurants with gluten free options. I can't get over how unprofessional Pizza World was. Not even a phone call to let me know they couldn't make the pizzas. The party was well under way and I was only notified via text that I wouldn't get my order. The website says they open at 11 am. I placed my order at 10:30, but wasn't told my order would be cancelled until 10 minutes after it was supposed to arrive. I strongly urge anyone looking to order pizza to avoid Pizza World at all costs.

This review is a little late, I left it on yelp the day I was there. My wife and I were in Salem for our honeymoon and we stopped at this place unexpectedly while just walking about and it was the best slice of pizza I’ve ever had. Staff was phenomenal and the place is just very nice to sit in! They deserve 10 stars.

A very unassuming pizza place. A few places to sit and plenty of parking. But the real reason to go back is the pizza ( well DUH)... I've had several pizzas there and all have had great flavor. The place isn't fancy, by the pizza is

To be honest, I only ate this out of extreme desperation. The margherita pizza dissolved into a pile of wet sauce the minute it was picked up, and it was just as painful going out as it was going in ??

Uncooked pizza, dough was pretty much uncooked. Couldn’t even take the slices apart without the dough tearing. Liquid in the bottom of the box. Had to try to salvage it by putting it in my oven and finish cooking it. Delivery was really quick, now I know why. Poor job, pizza world.
