Cute local spot! I really love their creative flavors that I never expected. I tried the cheese pizza and the sweet & spicy Thai peanut popcorn today.

šŸ•šŸ§€The cheese pizza one is bold and tasty, but it’s kinda soft and not crispy at all. The staff was nice and gave me the new one, which was also soft. I let him taste it and he said this is how it should be. So I’ll it go and well…just eat it lol.

šŸŒ¶ļøšŸ„œThe Sweet & Spicy Thai Peanut isn’t my fav. I didn’t really taste the spiciness or the peanut. It’s more like sugar with a super bright red color and a weird aftertaste, which was a bit of a letdown.

Overall, I think it’s too expensive, $25 for two bags of popcorn, but it was a fun experience. Definitely nice to try! You might find the new flavors you like here. And yes I might go for something more classic with sugar coated like salted caramel, French toast, PB & J next time.

I’ve lived in Salem for about four years now and finally got to stop in.

The person behind the counter didn’t give much info. She handed me two pages, front and back, of choices for popcorn flavors.

One important note: I was looking for an inexpensive snack. It’s getting tiresome to pay 20 bucks for a mediocre lunch and I just needed something small and inexpensive. Popcorn seemed logical.

I’ve also been to a few other popcorn places. You order, they scoop it out of the bin. Five bucks and you’re good to go.

The menu truly has too many choices (definitely paradox of choice). I settled on s’mores. I was surprised when she walked over and grabbed a bag of prepackaged popcorn off a shelf, but since it was my first time— lesson learned.

I had my dog with me and asked if I could get some whipped cream for her. Normally whipped cream will be $.50 or free of charge, or places will charge you a few bucks for a pup cup of ice cream. I was charged two dollars for a small cup of whipped cream (which is quite a markup).

When the total for a side of whipped cream and some popcorn came to $17, I was pretty frustrated. My dog loves whipped cream but wouldn’t eat it. The cashier then tells me it’s vegan. The popcorn itself was way too sweet and we had ended up tossing it.

They can, of course, charge and operate how they want. But it would have been great to know that it was 15 dollars for popcorn. Or that the whipped cream was two dollars. And vegan.

Just an odd experience and too expensive for me personally.

Ran into this place today. So many flavors! Because it was my first time, I went for just one bag. The place smelled amazing and Im excited to try the popcorn. My friend and I made small chat with the clerk. Excited to go back to see what other flavors they have!

Best ice cream we have had in a while. My daughters loved it. Flavors are amazing and not overpowering sweet. My favorite was the strawberry cheesecake flavor. Great customer service

Horrible service

My friends and I waited outside the store for approximately 15 minutes before it was opened (7:00 p.m).When I approached the door, the employee greeted me with a rude attitude and told me to wait in an unpleasant manner.

Upon entering the store, there was a strong smell of marijuana, which was extremely unprofessional and off-putting. Additionally, when we tried to order ice cream, the employee refused to serve it with two flavors, stating he had already served too many people. I politely insisted on my request, but he remained uncooperative.

We had walked 15 minutes to reach the store, expecting a pleasant experience, but instead, we were met with unprofessional behavior and poor customer service. I believe this employee would greatly benefit from proper training in customer service and professional conduct.

The manager Jeff is energetic, friendly and knowledgeable. All the popcorn is made with clean ingredients (popped in coconut oil) and tastes amazing. A must visit in Salem!

Beautiful shop, it smells so nice! And has so many popcorn flavors, anything you can imagine. A bit pricey like everything in Salem.

Person serving the ice cream is the most un-nice person i have ever met.
She slammmed the ice cream on the counter when serving it, after slamming the fridge door after every scoop she took from it.
Even though the store was empty. Actually empty...she was unpatient and puffed air all the time like she was doing us a favor selling ice cream.
A person should not work in this business if they dont like doing it in my opinion.

Even if the ice cream was the most delicious ice cream on the planet (and it wasn't, not even close...) i wouldnt step in there in the next million years. Ever.
