Clue was super helpful, pointed me to some delicious popcorn options!
Horrible service
My friends and I waited outside the store for approximately 15 minutes before it was opened (7:00 p.m).When I approached the door, the employee greeted me with a rude attitude and told me to wait in an unpleasant manner.
Upon entering the store, there was a strong smell of marijuana, which was extremely unprofessional and off-putting. Additionally, when we tried to order ice cream, the employee refused to serve it with two flavors, stating he had already served too many people. I politely insisted on my request, but he remained uncooperative.
We had walked 15 minutes to reach the store, expecting a pleasant experience, but instead, we were met with unprofessional behavior and poor customer service. I believe this employee would greatly benefit from proper training in customer service and professional conduct.
The manager Jeff is energetic, friendly and knowledgeable. All the popcorn is made with clean ingredients (popped in coconut oil) and tastes amazing. A must visit in Salem!

clean, homemade, crafted in house from start to finish, best popcorn around.
Beautiful shop, it smells so nice! And has so many popcorn flavors, anything you can imagine. A bit pricey like everything in Salem.
Person serving the ice cream is the most un-nice person i have ever met.
She slammmed the ice cream on the counter when serving it, after slamming the fridge door after every scoop she took from it.
Even though the store was empty. Actually empty...she was unpatient and puffed air all the time like she was doing us a favor selling ice cream.
A person should not work in this business if they dont like doing it in my opinion.
Even if the ice cream was the most delicious ice cream on the planet (and it wasn't, not even close...) i wouldnt step in there in the next million years. Ever.
Terrible service, very not nice to customers
Love the variety and packaging! The taste was just ok. I’ll stick to my favorite Chicago popcorn :)
Cute storefront to get unique popcorn flavors. We utilized the B3G1 free deal. Flavors included: Sour Cherry mixed with Sour Apple, Cinnamon bun, Bacon cheddar, and Dill pickle. I had hoped the sour flavoring would be stronger on the sour popcorn, but it is tasty nonetheless. The other flavors were good and tasted as their listed names.

Love this place!! Wonderful little gem on the wharf with ice cream, candy, and the best popcorn you'll ever have!
I literally work in the plaza; been super excited to
come here; brought family with me who were in Salem visiting. The cashier guilted us for buying ice cream??? She didn’t greet us, sighed at our 2 small ice cream orders and said it was going to take a long time because the ice cream is hard to scoop.
Store was empty. Weird experience, won’t be back.
Store was closed at 5pm on Sunday but google says it's open to 8pm. We drove 30 minutes with the little ones to get there to see that it's closed! I think they close for an hour or 2 during the day, but it should say that on their hours!
Cashier was snide.
My family came in after a day in Salem and my wife decided to pick up a sweet treat. She goes up to the counter and asks for a cup of sherbet.
The cashier very shortly snaps "I don't sell sherbet, we have sorbet."
And after getting her 'sorbet' over the ice cream counter, my wife asks where the spoons are. So this friggin cashier comes back with "In the bucket marked spoons" down the counter back by the register.
It was our first visit ever, so sorry we didn't know where your 'sorbet' spoons are. But don't worry, there's no chance we'll make the mistake of asking for (overpriced) service again.
(Fair's fair, my wife said the sorbet tasted fine)
Worker was rude and had an AirPod in. Repeatedly asked us to repeat our orders. No music in the store, long wait time for our order.
