One of the best lunch experiences in all of New England! Delicious food, wonderful staff, variety of local beer choices. Loved it and will be back at every opportunity possible. 🔥 🤤 🍻 🍔 🔥
We stopped here for lunch on a busy Saturday because they seemed to be easily seating people. It’s a huge space inside and a lot of tables outside as well. We were lucky that they sat us in the vault which is an amazing little secret room through a bank vault door. We felt like VIPs the entire meal. The prices are definitely on the high side, but everything was really good and the food came out very fast. Our server was awesome at making recommendations for drinks and he checked back on us often.
Me and my family came here on our first trip to Salem after seeing it so much on Derek Millen videos on youtube
Although we dos not try the famous Mystery Shot, we dis try the food which was amazing!
The Mediterranean pasta was a great vegetarian option!
My dad fell in love with the Steak that comes with Aspargus and gorgonzola butter, he even ordered it again when we went a second time
Erick was our waiter and he was very kind and helpful, definitely made our time there more special! 🇧🇷
Loved the spooky vibes with the haunted history of the place!
I liked the haunted bathroom downstairs and would recommend that as well
Definitely recommend and you can smell how good the food is from the outside

This restaurant is so FUN! We surprisingly got the infamous “vault” private seating table that was apart of the buildings original design when it was a bank in the 1800s!
We had a delicious Butter Beer (Mocktail) and the French onion soup. Followed by the pulled pork sliders and Louisiana burger. Service was incredible and food was fantastic. I would come back to Salem for this restaurant alone!

Got the chicken wings as a starter and they were so good we took home an order of them! I ordered Lady in Blue for my drink and chicken Madeira for main entree. Never had chicken Madeira before but I won’t have it again. Not sure if it was supposed to be but it was slimy on the outside and dry on the inside. My lady friend got Black Forest Possession for her drink and the steak tips for her entree. She praised the drink and said the steak tips were good. Service was a bit slow. Not sure if it was because they were closing the kitchen soon but it felt like our server didn’t like us and would disappear. More than once did we question if she forgot about us; and when she did show back up to the table she seemed like she was rushing us. There were so many options on the menu, in regard to both food and drinks, I would go again to try something else. Would be a nice spot to take a date or hang out with friends so I’d encourage anyone to try them out at least once.

We had an amazing time at Rockafellas in Salem! The service was top-notch — everyone was friendly, attentive, and made the Vault Experience really enjoyable. The atmosphere was great, and the historic vault itself added a cool, mysterious touch to the night.
The food was absolutely delicious. The crab cakes were perfectly crisp on the outside and full of flavor, the steak tips were tender and cooked just right, and the chicken Madeira was rich, savory, and comforting. We finished with the limoncello cake — light, zesty, and the perfect sweet ending to the meal.
The only disappointment was realizing afterward that the Vault Experience was supposed to include souvenir cups, which we never received. Since the experience was $50, it’s a bit frustrating to miss out on something that was part of the package. Otherwise, everything else was fantastic and really well done.

As we were only having drinks, we were told just to go to the bar and seat ourselves. There were no seats at the bar so we had to stand which was ok. We looked at drinks menus and waited and waited and waited, there were 3 servers. I saw one serving drinks, one cutting fruit or something and the other emptying the dishwasher…i get these things need to be done but not one of them could serve us?! We eventually got served and took our drinks outside, sub standard bar! Would not go back
Although we weren't super hungry, we decided to stop for just a quick snack and drinks to people watch on the front patio. This is also another top place to eat while visiting Essex Street.
The staff was friendly and the menu looked great. Drinks were also 👌 wish I was a local to come back for more.

Loved the atmosphere and the service was amazing. You must try the pickle chicken sandwich, baked mac & cheese and my husband raved about the marinated steak tips. The drinks were good as well.
