Root provided a delicious dinner for 35 which I ordered but actually it was twice as much as needed (great leftovers) and absolutely delicious ....a great variety so that every varied individual - the gluten-free the non-gluten-free; the vegan, the non-vegan; the dairy free, the cheese.overs .... you name it everyone was satisfied and delighted!. Thank you so much Caleb and Sam and Chris and the teen chefs for helping make our big family gathering completely savory and sweet!.
Amazing place to work. To anyone that hasn't got a job, or is looking to get some experience in the culinary industry to get a job, this is the place for you. The staff are super friendly and amazing. Every day is a new experience and you do something new every single day. On top of just cooking, they help you create a resume, understand more about finances and money spending, and they even make sure you get your ServSafe allergen awareness and ServSafe food handling certifications....
