Just left the store and was the only customer. The person who waited on me didn’t say thank you when I paid or your welcome after I grabbed my drink and thanked her. I think it was because I put in zero tip when I paid by card. I always leave cash tip after I am served if the service was good. Today I did not leave a tip.

- no seating, but to be expected in this area due to how many tourists come and go making messes and leaving trash cause they're rude and suck.

The usual overpriced coffee we are all addicted to....hopefully you won't need the restroom while enjoying your coffee. Employees are the only ones who get to pee.
The Starbucks in Salem is a solid option for coffee, but it has room for improvement. The drinks are consistently good, and the seasonal offerings are always a nice treat. However, the service can be a bit slow during peak hours, which can be frustrating if you're in a hurry. The seating area is cozy, but it often gets crowded, making it hard to find a place to sit. Overall, it’s a decent spot to grab your favorite beverage, but expect a bit of a wait during busy times. I’ll keep coming back, but I hope to see some improvements in service speed!

Good staffs and friendly, only one thing need to improve is that you need to put the right amount in to the drinks it’s not the first time you’ve done that i understand that you guys get busy but please put in the right amount of scoops of what I order in usually 2-3 you put in only 1 ? You can do better .. ?

Two of the staff members were unprofessional, talking and whispering about me because I had a question about accumulating points on my app. I love your iced teas and asked if I tried the melon burst would it count as accumulating fifty points for the challenge. I was very nice and didn’t get an attitude ; just had a question about accumulating . It was childish and very unprofessional especially for the older woman who looked like she was the manager. I often go to Starbucks when I travel, but this is the first time that I have ever experienced this from a staff worker.

Mid overpriced drinks anyways. Nowhere to sit, no bathroom, no AC.
