Very quiet location when I went on a Saturday. I was also very surprised it was not busy since they are in downtown Salem. It was pleasant. Baristas were warm and friendly. There is absolutely no seating, they have a bar you can lean against. Not the environment I am used to at a Starbucks, I usually enjoy the seating when I go to a location and order in store. I enjoy the 5 min to myself while waiting for my beverage !

Wish they had at least a few stools around the window ledges to sit and wait or have a quick bite. I was told it was a to go place. Shame. Otherwise it was excellent service. The egg bites were so good here. I've had some bad egg bites from other locations but these were excellent. The staff were super friendly and engaged.
