The Starbucks in Salem is a solid option for coffee, but it has room for improvement. The drinks are consistently good, and the seasonal offerings are always a nice treat. However, the service can be a bit slow during peak hours, which can be frustrating if you're in a hurry. The seating area is cozy, but it often gets crowded, making it hard to find a place to sit. Overall, it’s a decent spot to grab your favorite beverage, but expect a bit of a wait during busy times....

Good staffs and friendly, only one thing need to improve is that you need to put the right amount in to the drinks it’s not the first time you’ve done that i understand that you guys get busy but please put in the right amount of scoops of what I order in usually 2-3 you put in only 1 ? You can do better .. ?
