Got my coffee order wrong 2 times in a row and paid 5$ for what should be a white chocolate mocha, got a hot chocolate and asked them to remake it and they poured espresso into the cup of hot chocolate and gave it back to me, didn’t realize until I got in my car and had a full mouth of pure espresso because it wasn’t mixed properly and had old whipped cream in the cup. I know my Starbucks, hate to have my coffee not taste right.

Atmosphere and most of the staff are fantastic but I've had multiple occasions where I've asked for oatmilk but got regular milk. As a person with dietary restrictions, it's been problematic at times.

I love that it is always clean they have accessible entrances and gender neutral bathrooms very good for me because I am blind and prefer single stall restrooms the staff is always incredibly awesome and friendly I would like to have more relaxing music other than that everything is great

They would not give me the password for Wifi! Said it was for students only. Really upset as we drove here specifically to do some work on Internet. Don’t think that is a Starbucks policy ?

A thousand thanks to the wonderful Barista that just gave me the best iced coffee I've ever had. They were closed but she still went out of her way and made me a coffee because I drove all the way from Chelsea to get it AND for free. You were AWESOME. Thank you again for your kindness. I appreciate it very much. â¤â˜•â¤

The worst staff ever...they make really nesty expresso which is not even an expresso....I have never experience this worst staff who work there in other Starbucks......
