Thank you to the staff at this Starbucks, as I am currently covered in coffee because you served my drink in a cracked cup. I can understand an accident, but the sticker for the order just so happens to be placed over the crack. It’s almost like someone knew it was cracked before hand. Probably why it was placed on the ledge of the drive-thru before I pulled up since it was leaking everywhere. Not sure who I pissed off in there, maybe it’s just laziness or lack of training.

$10 for a coffee and small yogurt? I should have went for a full breakfast with free coffee refills at a local diner and saved a dollar. Maybe I wouldn't be poor and hungry. Made the wrong choice going to Starbucks.. it's for fancy people that can afford to waste money.

Worset starbucks EVER. I ordered the coffee travel big pack on the app. I arrived and they haven't started preparing yet. I ordered 2 cinnamon coffee cakes and they forgot to inclilude them I asked for cream and only brown sugar they gave me all sorts of sugar no cream and packed small cups. !?!? When I called they said you have to come to the store because we can't refund you! Worset Starbucks EVER!!!!

I went for a hot coffee and they gave me a cold and old coffee. I asked them to make me a new coffee and the woman who served me was very rude and didn't want to make me a new coffee. She offered me something that I didn't want. I also asked for a hot chocolate and They gave me something that tasted like water, it's the worst experience I've ever had.

I get the same drink twice a day at a few different Starbucks depending on what my schedule is that day. This location store number 655534 is the worst. Why is the service so awful? everyone is miserable especially the lady making drinks for mobile orders today march 7th. She wears eye makeup and rolls her eyes at everything and everyone. I waited twenty mins for a drink that was made wrong. Before she even started to make it I just said can you make sure there is extra salted caramel on it. She rolled her eyes. I don't know what she put on my drink but it was not cold foam. It was thinner than milk and dissolved into the drink. The drink was terrible and her attitude is even worse. I didn't mind waiting at all. I ordered in my car at 349 and didn't get my drink until 409. No big deal it's the attitude. I paid 10 bucks for a drink and it was made wrong and her attitude was wrong. Fire this miserable lady who hates her job. I went and paid for another drink down the st at the Washington st location and it was made perfect with a smile. Here is her awful drink that turned my black cold brew coffee into this...

there used to be this really hot barista who worked here he had like this really cute hat he wore and his eyes were so pretty and I wouldn't even order anything I'd just stand at the counter and stare into his beautiful eyes like woah he was so pretty I would sometimes imagine giving him a chaste kiss on his delicate barista cheek and then I'd get embarrassed and run out, the food was alright I prefer dunks

The food I ordered and drink were great however, it’s so hard to enjoy these things and do work here because of how ridiculously cold it is inside. The two times I’ve gone, it’s been literally colder inside than outside. I’m talking it’s been 45 degrees outside and inside is wayyy colder. As a student looking for a close spot to study this is so frustrating. It’s unbearably cold. I thought maybe it was just me, but then I heard the people next to me saying the same exact thing. It’s just wayy too cold. Won’t be coming back unless this gets solved
