I live in Florida. I received a notification for a purchase. Turns out someone hacked my Subway account and made a purchase for a sandwich. Within 5 minutes of the online order I called the store to let them know, and was told because they made the food, they would not cancel or refund me because it would waste their food. Even though it was funds stolen from me.
Cant contact Subway customer service directly so I had to email them.
My bank can't do anything because the transaction has not yet posted.
As a single pregnant mother with two children, I am flabbergasted how a company can throw their hands up in the air and just say "Sorry about your luck."
The sandwich was pretty good, expensive though. I wish the bread had been fresher. Staff was pleasant.

This place is my favorite subway ever! I always ask for less ham on my sandwiches, and when I put in a mobile order they ALWAYS remember to give me less ham even though I can't specify it on the app. I come here often and the sandwich I order is so good every time I have it, and it's always ready so fast. The employees are really kind as well!

For some reason this subway can’t check if a coupon will work/be honored until after the order is put through.Didn’t make sense to buy/have the sub made unless I could use the coupon. I see no reason why the coupon couldn’t be verified, so it’s not so much the false advertisement vibes I got, more so that I’d be forced into a position to feel obligated paying full price for the sub on the offchance that the mail Subway literally sends me is nothing more than a ploy to get you into their stores.I have a feeling confirming if a coupon can be used prior to purchase wouldn’t be an impossibility at other Subways.

I stop here Monday through Friday on my lunch break as I work in the office building across the street, I order online and my lunch is waiting for me on time. Very convenient!

This place has ok subs if the new owners can get the orders rite.
They served spoiled chicken which caused food poisoning unfortunately I took a bite before discovering it was spoiled and this was the whole patch of chicken not just some or a piece.
