My sister and I just got the thin mint iced latte, one of their MANY specialty coffee drinks, and it was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be back to try the food and other coffee options. Happy to have found this spot and the lady working today was super sweet and kind and genuinely wanted to know if I liked the drink. I did. 10/10 ☕️🤎

I come here everyday with my nephew. We love starting our morning with a ham and cheese croissant, Spanish latte and seeing Alise and Rachel ! They are the best! I can’t get coffee anywhere else now, this coffee is soo good! If you don’t start your morning with Sweet Java you need to 😍. The owner is so sweet and so welcoming to everyone!!

What a wonderful start to our morning. The coffee and lattes were made perfectly and Jim’s organic coffee they use is smooth and the best flavor!!! And you must get a bakery item. Made all in house! But the best part was the owner, her sister and other employees. They made you feel right at home! They made our morning wonderful!!!!

What a gem for the town of Swampscott. Stopped in today, finally! Coffees, specialty drinks, breakfast sandwiches, açaí bowels, protein balls, SO HARD TO CHOOSE! So we got a little of everything, and we were NOT disappointed. Thank you Sweet Java for a great morning.

OMG what a gem!!!!! The coffee and specialty drink selection is amazing. Enjoyed a cappuccino, the Honey Vanilla Latte, and Spanish Latte. Perfection!!! The Açaí bowls were fantastic. FULL up with treats throughout. The Cloud Sandwich was filling with cheesy eggs, chicken sausage and cheese. The sausage, egg and cheese and bacon egg and cheese were delicious. The bacon was delicious with maple flavoring. And don’t even get me started on the protein balls. We had to try all three. Each had their own flavor but all were perfection! The snickerdoodle and peanut butter were my absolute favorites but they were all amazing.

Horrible. I ordered a boba for my child and I waited THIRTY MINUTES just to get the boba. I also wanted a coffee and waited thirty more minutes for it. When I complained, all they said was that they needed AN HOUR BREAK. I came back the next day because I thought it was just that day. Ordered the same thing AND THEY SAID THEY DONT SERVE BOBA ANYMORE. What do you mean? I just came here yesterday and I got my boba for my child and now you don't serve them anymore? Dont recommend.
We went to Sweet Java for our usual order, the açaí bowls. On a whim we ended up grabbing some of their homemade baked goods. We got clean ingredient churro cookies, chocolate chip cookies, sesame pretzels, spinach pie, and the baklava. OH MY, each was better than the last! I’ll be dreaming of that baklava until my next visit. Seriously, don't sleep on Sweet Java— food and service are 10/10.

My daughter loved her Nutella Bowl and and my Mushroon Latte and Protein Bite were fabulous!! The woman with the purple hair behind the counter was very friendly and sweet. Plus my daughter loved her hair! Will definitely be back!!

Waited 15 minutes for a latte and it was dead!!!! On a Sunday too. There were 2 or 3 girls working behind the counter. I don’t get it. Otherwise, Spanish latte was out of this world.
