This is not a Taco Bell restaurant. This is a hang out spot as they hire their friends and talk amongst themselves all day. The orders come out wrong 90% of the time. I ordered extra chicken it was replaced with potatoes. I’m never coming back to this location.

They always lock their doors and don't let people in. I've gone there several times during the day, and 90% of the time before 5pm the doors will be locked. When I do get to go inside they refuse to ring you up and say you have to use the screen but it doesn't take cash. They tend to mess up orders all the time.

One of the worst Taco bells period.... went there last night on my way home, was told they dont accept cash. Again Went there about an hour ago because i wasnt able to get it last nightPlace is full of people, pull up to drive through to be told their closed at 1pm on a Monday while the place was packed. Pulled out of drive through.. went inside to order, was told nah sorry we are closed as they were extremely ignorant to my wife also still serving others.... not sure what's up with these kids but either close the place or higher some normal people. Must be a race thing smh

Food is what you expect from Taco Bell. Ordered inside, but no one looked at me or took my order. I ordered thru a kiosk and got my food. Just put up a sign to order at the kiosk instead of ignoring me until I leave or use the kiosk.

Taco Bell really needs to start hiring people that actually care about getting people’s food correctly and listening to their customers when they order their food. I have never been more disappointed with Taco Bell in Salem. They can never get anyone’s order correctly! I think it’s time for new management.

Went here for a quick meal. It was everything but. An hour later we finally got our food. I will never go here again. I would suggest another place to anyone else.
Ordered food in the app 30 minutes in advanced. When we showed to pick up food we were told to pull around. We waited outside for 15 minutes and when we went inside the order was just sitting on the warmer already packed up while employees were sitting around talking on phones and no one brought it out.

My partner and i are both vegetarian and we both love taco bell’s food especially since it is one of the only fast food options that offer vegetarian items. On the last four visits we have received our items with meat in them. Chicken quesadillas instead of cheese and beef crunchwraps instead of bean. Totally inedible and a waste of money. Not to mention that we always have to wait extra outside of the drive through line just for the order to be wrong

Ordered online was for A drive thru pickup ,35 minutes later waiting outside the parking area. Still no food! Definitely would not be returning here , if you’re looking for Fast food go somewhere else they don’t know what they are doing here.
