This was our first stop because it was closest to our hotel that we stayed in and we shared an Italian sub which was enormous and delicious. We came back later that evening for drinks and we had a great time.

The service was so bad. The food took more than an hour. They tried to overcharge us, the receipts listed most of the food we ordered as $2-$3 more than what it said on the menu, we called this out and they fixed it. Scam

Absolute disaster. This place opened strong and somehow it just nosedived. Having run multiple restaurants from corporate to independent and all manner of cuisines, there’s one thing you just know: when the inmates run the asylum. The asylum includes orders that are completely wrong. A 10 minute wait for initial greet on each table. Another 10 minutes for drinks to arrive, and food orders so botched up that no one in your party will eat at the same time. As a huge Salem-promoter and OG fan when this place opened, I can tell you STAY AWAY if you don’t want told poisoning.

Food is great! Service is not so good. They don't have enough staff so not their fault. Sat down and waited 10 mins before anyone greeted us, Drinks sat at the bar for 10 mins ready and not all our food came.
The place itself is located in a prime location as well as the place looks nice. Out of four people's dinners no one was satisfied. I didn't get my drink ( Sprite (till after I got my dinner there are multiple things that were done wrong. We had to sit and look at our food for a solid 7 minutes before we were actually even served it we had a waitress acknowledge that it was there and then walk outside after she went out of her way to pour us water we didn't ask for. I would not recommend this place we were here for a limited days and much would have rather spent a dinner at a better place
