I can’t say enough great things about The Babe! Our food was excellent, and the atmosphere was fantastic. I had the Mr. Falafel sandwich, and I was still talking about it days later! It was so good—perfectly balanced flavors with just the right amount of tzatziki sauce (heavenly), all wrapped up in a soft wrap. The one recommendation I would make would be to cut the falafels into four pieces just to make it easier to eat. But to be honest, it didn’t stop me from devouring the whole thing, and I will be back to eat another one! But it will be a tossup—do I get the truffle burger or do I get another Mr. Falafel? My boyfriend got the Reuben, and he said it was incredible as well! Our bartender was fantastic—so friendly, knowledgeable, and rocking these awesome little heart glasses. She really knew her stuff when it came to cocktails. They actually serve orange Combier, which I feel is the cream of the crop for making the best margarita! She made us a fantastic margarita, and I also had another drink with grapefruit (I don’t remember the name), but it was delicious too! We sat at the bar and had the chance to meet one of the owners, who was so friendly and kind. The whole place has such a welcoming vibe, and I can only imagine how fun it must be when they have live music. I really can’t wait to go back!!

I had a beautiful time playing traditional christmas hymns at the Babe over the holidays. The staff goes above and beyond, and the patrons are lovely. Unique and thoughtful decor provides a creative and cozy ambience. Intimate live music from jazz to folk to indie. This is among one of the most sincerely excellent cocktail bars I have visited on the entire North Shore! If you're an appreciator of Mixology, Babes is a must!

Dying to go back and try the peanut butter and jelly. The cocktail menu is beyond impressive! Had the fried green tomato BLT and it was probably one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had

It was overall not good. Unfortunately. The primary Bartender seems to have alot of personal problems that overflow to the patrons. I wish her well… hopefully things tighten up …

The atmosphere was nice. Small little band playing. My grocery list is longer than the menu. Barely any options. The server/waitress had zero customer service skills. She put more effort into her halloween make up than she did serving us. We ordered chicken wings but the menu did not state it would be covered in dorito crumbs. I guess it is up to the customer to figure out what cool ranch means. We just assumed it was ranch sauce on the side. When the plate came out, we expressed to the waitress that we did not know the wings came this way and that had we known, we wouldn’t have ordered. She gives us a blank stare and says “anything else I can help you with?” Completely ignored our complaint, giving us annoyed looks and barely trying. In addition, we ordered fries and they were completely burnt. This is the first time I don’t tip at an establishment. The cook, had long hair , and no hair net. Absolutely disbelieved and looked like he hasn’t showered in weeks. If you’re going to allow customers to see the cook, ask him
To look presentable and HAVE HIS LONG HAIR IN. A NET. This is a cute spot for a drink. Do not bother ordering anything edible off the menu.

Pam was awesome (and not a witch according to her). The burger was great as were the wings. The hidden gems are the mixed drinks. If you like a bit of spice ask for "what's the point" and ask for Pam, you won't be dissapponted.

Their normal lunch and dinner menus have been the bomb.com every time I went. Recently stopped in there around noonish seeking sand which type meal and was given a brunch menu. While everything we ordered was very good, no complaints about food quality, but for a restaurant with such a nice spin on “bar food” for their regular menus, the brunch menu was kinda…..blah. Too Short, kinda boring and you can tell they wanted to just fill only one 9x11 page with menu options using only like 12 ingredients just mixed together differently to make different choices. I get that having to do brunch just cause everyone else does it can be annoying and you don’t want to put the effort in….but than just don’t do it at all, your regular menu is absolutely fine as is, just add a mini menu/specials menu with egg meals and French toast type stuff along with the lunch menu for a few hrs and problem solved. Just my $.02 but they’re worth stopping by no matter what time it is

Just went for dinner!! Sooo good! The cauliflower was incredible, never had such good cauliflower before. Both the Reuben and fried chicken sandwich were delicious, and it was Wing Wednesday - the Buffalo and Coolest Ranch were great! The vibes are also really chill. Def recommend.

Came here during October in Salem; it was so nice to beat the crowds and enjoy a quiet dinner here. I got wings and a salad- wings were sauced perfectly. I got the Carolina gold and it was very tangy and nice. Smaller wings but cooked to perfection. Mom and I split fries (which were AMAZING- thick and salty!!!) and she got a turkey sandwich. Great quality meal, great service, great drink section!!

Came for a big lunch before a day in Salem and the customer service wasn’t good. We waited well over an hour for food that just didn’t taste right. I ordered the French toast and it came out looking like chicken tenders. One time only experience for me.
