Its like a stroke of luck to be satisfied with something here. Everyone is friendly to me, but unfortunately most of the time I feel disappointed in the food i receive. The smoothie bowls are okay. Id suggest going for a dragonfruit bowl, very refreshing. Really hits the spot when you need some extra hydration. The apple toast is my fav, I've got it three times and only once have i been 100% happy and satisfied with it. That was the first time and every time I've come back for it its just worse. The first time was four or five perfect apple slices. Second was like seven chunks of apple. Today I got maybe One slice of apple. Does the composer slice the apple and then bite it up for me? 👎
My suggestion is dont roll the dice and just learn to make it at home. Or go to the coffee grindhouse if you really want a good smoothie bowl.

I rarely leave bad reviews.
The guy at the counter has never smiled once in his life I swear.
My daughter wanted to changed her order before it was prepared, like right after we ordered, he was pissed and unwilling to make the change, he just left and went back.
Smoothie was good though.

Friendly staff, never have to wait too long. They need to find a system to wiping down their tables frequently though. I’ve never been at a table with o it being sticky or crumby. Even when they open first thing in the morning… other than the place is solid

Cute spot and the best smoothie bowl I’ve ever had. I had the dragon berry bowl - not too sweet - perfection.

The juice was fantastic. The price was a bit 'toppy' (eg just a little bit too much). We stopped for some healthy rehydration whilst in Town. The juice selection is excellent, the freshness seems to be excellent, the wait time was minimal. It was just the price at $13 for a 24oz seemed a bit pricey... but maybe that's the going rate in the States! Would the price stop me going back? No... but it would stop me going more often!

Flavorless! My sister and I ordered two açaà bowls and what do we come to find out? There is no flavor!! Not only was it very soupy, but we couldn’t even pinpoint what fruit was in it. We kept guessing between milk, water, and purple food dye. Even a sprinkle of sugar would have helped. We are very disappointed.

Just what I wanted. Terrific place during our vacation.
I love coming here. I always get the Bowl 51 and the fruit is always so fresh and amazing. Service is always friendly and quick.
Orders online are always made ahead and kept cold in the fridge. The staff is always pleasant and service is quick.

The Juicery is my favorite place in Salem and my favorite acai bowls ever! The smoothies and acai bowls are large and perfect consistency. Everything is made fresh and never has that defrosted/icy feel. The staff is very friendly and even greets me by name. Highly recommend for a refreshing and healthy option in Salem or any of their other locations.
Great everything but you need longer hours. I understand not serving someone 10mins after you close( that could open Pandora box) but closing at 4 is nuts. Life alive is not my favorite so now I'm left with Swampscott. Stay open till 6!!
worst acai bowl i have ever tasted, & service terrible. refused to let us go to the bathroom besides it being completely fine. there was a poor young boy who had to go very bad and my mother stood up for the family saying its obvious bathrooms are fine and then they let him go. This shows the poor service this place accepts and how the treat customers. Dont even get me started on that acai bowl, if your someone like me who is out of town and has had many different cuisines you know how good some acai bowls can be. This was the exact opposite, acai was melted and had no flavor, toppings were disgusting and tastes off to. Would never come back
Ordered delivery and everything was great! The toasts are amazing. Love those. I tried the peanut butter and apples on sourdough. Was amazing. I never tried peanut butter and apple together. Also tried the chocolate strawberry smoothie added spinach. It was actually really banana like. I even had a lot of chunks of banana? Very odd. But I bet I’d like a traditional smoothie. Wish they had calories easily read online!
Wonderful cool treats for a snack. While in Salem this summer, it was 90ish degrees every day. We usually picked up a fresh made popsicle from the freezer case each day. The "Arnold Palmer" was my favorite! Ingredients for each bowl and smoothie are clearly listed. Granola is vegan as well. We also tried the cashew toast one morning which had a delightful cashew spread, sliced avocado, and topped with coarse sea salt... chef's kiss Updated from previous review on 2024-12-30
