Booked Hotel Salem Roof over a week in advance. The Roof confirmed the reservation the day before but when we arrived we were told that the rooftop was closed and our reservation was cancelled. I asked why we were not notified and they told me that they called me, never got a phone call. No text. No nothing. Also they left the reservation on OpenTable, checked us in and it said we were currently dining. All they had to do was cancel on OpenTable but instead checked us in.

Beautiful setting and great drinks! Can't speak for the food though we just enjoyed spirits and the stunning view.

We don't get to eat on the roof due to weather, but the staff accommodated us on the first floor by the window. The service was great, food was good, and the atmosphere was nice as well.

Good RoofTop restaurant with TexMex style. Was a bit windy, but that's to be expected. Awesome views of the city! Definitely go during warm weather !

This is the best view in Salem. Four star food at three star prices. Why only three stars? Lost my hat and when we went back for it the next day they handed me a card for a for profit lost and found company that had it.

Great view of downtown Salem, I went at sunset and the ambience was impalpable. The food while limited to Mexican/South American cuisine is excellent and clean. The service was fast and smooth and people around me seemed to enjoy their dinners. Go with a date it seems like a nice date spot.

Consumer beware! our server was less than average because, of these reasons 1. we ordered nachos/ Birria as an appetizer then fish tacos for dinner. 2. Both came at the same time except the nachos had no Birria with NO Birria! w/ very VERY little amount of any other ingredients that make nachos what they’re supposed to be. 3. our server never NEVER came and informed us they were ran out of Birria! By the looks of the nachos they ran out of cheese, pico de gallo, and queso! If I had wanted a bag of tortillas chips I would have gone and bought a bag at the market. These were bland and tasteless! 4. The fish tacos were no better! This was the worst version of an attempt at reinventing Tex/Mex or Mexican food I’ve ever had! To the owner watch some great YouTube channels with some fantastic Mexican women who have great recipes on how to cook great Mexican food and stop serving your version of what you think it should taste like. If your food isn’t great your business will soon fail! It doesn’t matter even if you have a rooftop location!

I went here last week with a couple of my friends and had a great time. The service was impeccable and the food was amazing. Our waitress in particular was always on top of it and we got our food and drinks in a timely manner. She made sure that we were all taken care of at all times. It is a great spot to go for a girls night or date night. I definitely will be back whether it be with my friends or family!!

Nothing better than having great food & drink with servers that keep a smile on their face, at a rooftop bar in the historic Salem, Ma. They also were very considerate to my buddy’s food allergies. 10/10 would recommend to people who even live an hour+ away.
