We walked across from the hotel next door. The cashier working was very polite. The front did smell like sulfur, the soda from the machines was not cold. The cashier was nice enough to give us drinks from behind the counter. There were no napkins or ketchup by self serve counter. The table and a floor area was dirty. I could image what the bathroom looked like. I used to work at a Wendy's, we made sure the bathrooms and the dining area were always clean. We will not return to this Wendy's again.

Whole restaurant is disgustingly, filthy floors or sticky tables or sticky service was terrible bathroom out of order no garbage can in the bathroom had to stand in line to get more napkins and then was ignored when my wife was at the counter. She had to yell to get somebody’s attention as they kept walking by her just to get a couple extra napkins cause we had to use the ones that came with the mail clean off the sticky tables

Asked for my 6 year old daughter to use the bathroom person behind the register looked high as a kite confused he asked another employee what i needed they told me no bathrooms closed went to order food guy was to high to even figure out what i wanted so I left

Avoid ordering delivery from here they always get your order wrong. If you ordered a vanilla frosty your getting chocolate if you ordered nuggets no sauce and pray that anything even comes as im always missing items. Uber eats will not refund you either for their mistakes.
Very good snack, but the atmosphere was not pleasant.

As someone that used to work food service, I get it's stressful. I really do. I make sure no matter how busy it is, to wait patiently for my order, mind my buisness, you know, just be a decent human being to workers in a somewhat sketchy part of town that deal with A LOT at this location. And EVERY time, for the past few times, the ladies that work here have been extremely rude. I had a mobile order, and was very patiently waiting for it. Didn't really pay attention to them, just minded my buisness. I looked up *once* and the workers were staring at me while making the food. I overheard someone say "remaking it", and another made a "one second", hand motion at me. I just carried on scrolling my phone, checking the order status sign every so often. It didn't bother me to wait. I get it. It's hectic in kitchens. No big deal. The sign said my name was ready, so I walked over to the mobile order pick up and was yelled at "Do not take anything!!", as if I'm some criminal. Another worker said "Your order is being remade". Well, if you had said something *to me*, rather than just staring at me and expecting me to be some Karen, I wouldn't have just been watching the "order status" sign, again patiently. I would have seen the names on the bags are not my name and left them alone. I do NOT appreciate being treated in such a manner and yelled at when I'm ALWAYS patient. I understand in customer service you probably think every customer is your enemy, but I promise you some people just want to order their food on their phone, pick it up when its ready, and be on their way. I get this location is in a sketchy part of town, but not everyone has malicious intentions.
