Went today for my annual trip to swell willeys in memory of my nana. Every year, she would get us solid chocolate bunnies for Easter and when she passed away in 2017, I kept the tradition going. Picking them up today I also did a store pickup order thinking it would be much quicker. However, there was one sweet girl working there I think By herself on a Saturday. I know it's not busy season but due to an issue with something I ordered being sold out I ended up taking longer...
This place is small but has big offerings! Homemade fudge cooked on site in copper kettle, homemade popcorn with caramel and cashews; homemade chocolates and homemade ice-cream! Wow! All items are packed for you in gift boxes and placed in a gift bag. Service is good -- warm and friendly. Just GO!
We have a Gluten allergy in our party. It was nice to see they had signs clearly viewable warning about allergies. Our server was very knowledgeable about cross contamination and what to tell us, so we could make the decision weather or not it was safe for our G/F person to eat. Five stars for that. There were plenty of flavors to choose from. The Ice cream was fairly priced and portions were decent size. Our order was taken care of in a timely manner. Everything to this point...
