Absolutely amazing experience here. Food, service, and drinks...simply FABULOUS. Oh and if you sit at the Bar, make sure you get Aaliyah and Shannon, the best Bartenders there. They know their stuff and make their drinks top notch! Such an amazing and entertaining staff and vibe of an atmosphere. We can't wait to return and make this one of our regular date nights. Thank you guys 😊

The food was subpar and we paid $120ish for Two margaritas, a glass of wine, One kids macaroni plate, fajitas, and birria brisket tacos- this would be okay for us if the food was edible. We had a group of 6 and none of us enjoyed our food and no one finished their food or even ate a majority of it because it tasted bad. The waitress never came to check on the food so we just tried to stomach it and eat what we could tolerate. The queso had no flavor, it tasted like a roux. The bus person or a server who wasn’t ours collected our water glasses to prebus, but never brought a refill for anyone including our eight year old child. There were more peppers in the fajitas than anything else, and they were sliced really thick and not cooked evenly, they smelled like vegetable oil if I could guess what the smell was. I think the sauce with the birria was actually just aujus. No flavor. They gave two birria tacos for about $20 with some rice. The rice tasted horrible and it’s hard to mess up rice but it was strongly flavored like boxed basil and herb You rice vs Mexican or southwestern flavors. The macaroni and cheese children’s plate tastes like the same cheese sauce as the queso which has no flavor. The salsa had no flavor- it reminded us of those canned tomatoes with Chilis in it. We had to eat when we got back to our housing because of these things. On the way out, the waitress came running out with the receipt book saying we forgot to leave a receipt that we clearly left on the table, maybe their bus person had collected it, but we didn’t have it- they took our copy of it since they lost their own. I typically tip 20% but that was not the case for this trip.

Decor is fantastic, the displays of infused tequilas on the bar and all of the other pieces, paint and even seating feels and looks authentic. The service was fast and wonderful. She was friendly knowledgeable and just awesome in every way. I’m sorry I didn’t get pictures of the food because the presentation was lackluster the fish was not good in the tacos at all. It was wildly overcooked, unseasoned, and poor quality at the start. The worst mistake I made was the “fresh” salsa made with canned tomatoes, no cilantro, no jalapeño, and no flavor. At all. The rice would have been the saving grace as it actually has flavor, had it not been cooked to mush. If you are going to call yourselves southwestern please learn to cook it and give it the necessary citrus and heat that it needs. And for goodness sake learn to make salsa.

Lindsey was a fantastic server! We came here two nights in a row because the food was delicious and because the service was top notch. We had a couple odd request because of dietary needs, and she made sure to fulfill them and was super friendly. The food is 10 out of 10. The atmosphere is great. I suggest going when they have live music! We will be back because of how great the food is and because of how great the service is with Lindsey!!

Take out fajita burrito, opened carton to see it sitting in a pool of grease. After which, I saw the big smears of grease on the bag and container I had missed. Kinda gross. Wish there had been napkins in the bag. I tried to just eat out of the center of the burrito because I was hungry and couldn't go back, but it was too much. Much like that person a week ago, I couldn't even eat it. The staff person was really very nice, but the cooks must do other things well considering other reviews? I also got chips and guac that I couldn't eat. The chips had a weird taste to them, like a flavor that wasn't supposed to be there. The guacamole was just way over salted. :( Coming from someone who likes salt, that's saying something! $21. What a shame.

Ordered the chimichanga. Do not order this item, was overly caked in cheese and could not be picked up. In addition was doused in parmesan cheese. Took apart the chimichanga at home and made a burrito.
