Best fast food chain, hands down. The food is delicious, fresh and consistent. Much better than similar chicken-sandwich chains. The best thing they have going for them though is their employees. They do an amazing job of hiring. I'm always impressed by how friendly, professional and helpful their people are. The level of customer service is exceptional. Their app could use a little work, but I still use it :)
Dave's Hot Saugus is the BEST - something about their chicken...it's a tiny bit more moist and tender than other Dave's Hots. Can't explain why, but this is the best. The crew is fun too!
I’ve been to Dave’s Hot Chicken a few times because, #1, the food is top tier and #2, it’s close to me. Every time I’ve visited, the staff have been nothing but amazing always friendly and welcoming. Tonight I came in after a tough day. It was the end of the night, I hadn’t eaten all day, and I was feeling emotionally drained. The person who served me showed such genuine kindness in just a few simple words, and it honestly lifted my spirits. As someone who struggles...
