Food and service was good. The waitress Karen could have been friendlier. Did not ask how my food was nor did she thank me for a good tip. Felt unappreciated as a customer. Not sure if first comment got through.

Great environment but not great service. Thought me and friends would try Hooters again because I had great service in Chicago. I was wrong!!!!. Friend ordered tacos with grilled chicken got fried. Waitress said she would fix. Never got food and she came by several times. Never acknowledged him till he pulled her aside. She would not take off bill as “we paid for it?”. Ordered a tall beer told we have no tall cups so have to get a small? Really?? Manager...read full review
