The Dunkin I went to in mass was the best so far. They had the donuts I wanted, service was beyond great, and atmosphere gets 3 stars only cuz I went through drive through so I couldnt really rate it fairly so I thought 3 stars was being fair to where I hadnt gone inside the store.

Never would I have thought I'd be leaving a review for a Dunks but here we are! They deserve it! This has been my GO TO DUNKS for a few years now and they truly get it right every time, and that is rare as all Dunks lovers know. Perfect dark iced tea with less ice, never watered down / at the end of a brew. Great sandwiches and bagels, super fresh and not stale. Even the hash browns always have a perfect crisp without being overcooked or soggy. Really, chef's kiss to this Dunks, never change, stop at this one whenever on Route 1!!!
Please hire back the Americans you had running it right . Last 3 days in a row they don’t speak English or care to understand it . Every time my order is wrong and I’m overcharged . Been coming here 3 years and never had a bad experience until you brought in a load of ignorance
