Very rude lady with glasses was rude to co worker for having issues understanding then telling me some B's about food yet I'm a chef for over 30yrs this place is going to make someone sick staff needs to be re educated about product and service especially the one with glasses and kept bashing all other Dunkin

The Dunkin I went to in mass was the best so far. They had the donuts I wanted, service was beyond great, and atmosphere gets 3 stars only cuz I went through drive through so I couldnt really rate it fairly so I thought 3 stars was being fair to where I hadnt gone inside the store.

This dunkin is an amazing location. I am always on a rush and when I order off the app, it is always ready to pick up. My drink order is always made correct and it is barely crowded.

Never would I have thought I'd be leaving a review for a Dunks but here we are! They deserve it! This has been my GO TO DUNKS for a few years now and they truly get it right every time, and that is rare as all Dunks lovers know. Perfect dark iced tea with less ice, never watered down / at the end of a brew. Great sandwiches and bagels, super fresh and not stale. Even the hash browns always have a perfect crisp without being overcooked or soggy. Really, chef's kiss to this Dunks, never change, stop at this one whenever on Route 1!!!
