The customer service is absolutely horrible! We placed a medium size order. I picked up brought home and instead of a chicken Parm sub it was a beef sub. When I called instead of saying we are so sorry what can we do they said "Bring it back we will give you the correct sub". I said well I want my money back then. The response was you want your money back when you are going to get sub? I said yes. They offered a discount. Finally they offered money back but never offered to deliver,...read full review

Left my credit card there yesterday (senior moment). They called me within minutes and was able to turn around and get it. We live on the seacoast now, but lived in Londonderry for decades and have been going to Giovanni’s since it opened, and - every time we are in the area now ! Same consistent quality and delicious food for all these years. Great job, George and Teddy👍. Thanks Saturday staff for being so honest 👍👏😊
