Meatball grinder and the cheeseburger are both great!
I had a really good experience at Papa Gino’s. There was a small issue with my order, but the manager, Maher, handled it right away and made the whole situation super easy and stress-free. He was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was corrected quickly without making it a big deal. I really appreciated how smoothly he handled everything. Great customer service and definitely a positive experience overall!
Had a great experience at Papa Gino’s Saugus location! The food was fresh, everything came out quickly, and the service was excellent. The manager did a great job making sure everything was running smoothly and that customers were taken care of. You can definitely tell they care about providing good service. Overall, really positive experience and I’ll definitely be back!
