I absolutely love everything about The Honey Baked Ham Company on Rte. 1 Southbound in Saugus MA, From their delectable spiral ham to their Ham & Cheese Croissant and innovative Take & Bake Slider Meal, every bite is a delight. Their Turkey Breast Slider dinner is a must-try! Not only catering to holiday feasts for Thanksgiving & Christmas but also making everyday moments special with their warm and inviting customer service.
A heartfelt shoutout to General Manager Erin and customer service representative Jullee for going above and beyond to ensure our visit was nothing short of perfection. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is truly remarkable. For your next catering event or special treat, look no further than the Honey Baked Ham Company.
I Highly recommended for top-notch quality and exceptional service that will leave you craving for more!

The best spiral ham I have ever had.... my family couldn't stop talking about it on Christmas Day absolutely tender and flavorful
QUESTION : Are the hams still being coated with brown sugar and then gas-torched to give them the caramelized appearance?
THINK THINK , about the could be diabetic reactions by non-disclosure of the use of sugar instead of honey .
COMPARE , the price of sugar vs. honey

I ordered the roasted turkey online at the Saugus store for an early Thanksgiving meal and when I go home I realized it was ham in a bag marked turkey. I called and spoke with the manager Erin who had me come right up and she corrected the issues and threw in some potatoes and was apologetic and pleasant and wonderful during what I’m sure is a stressful busy time of year for them. She was wonderful!

This small slice of ham Heaven is conveniently located on the frequently traveled, retail-abundant route 1 south in Saugus, Massachusetts. Upon entering I was captivated by the smokey aroma of freshly baked ham. I was formally introduced to Erin, who manages this location with charm and integrity and knows how to satisfy her customers’ cravings. We had the classic and delightful ham sandwich that catapulted our palettes on a mouthwatering journey into an exquisite culinary experience. The garlic butter, turkey and cheese sliders were indescribably tasteful and out of this world, then the triple chocolate cake was a miraculous burst of chocolatey goodness, while the creamy in-house potato salad and bacon broccoli bliss saturated our tastebuds with notes of holiday cheer. She also provides a nice variety of succulent sides and delicious desserts. Apex highly recommends stopping by…and bring your appetites!

Stopped in today around 5pm on our way back to NH. Surprisingly we were the only ones there. Ordered up 4 sandwiches to go. They were all perfect and delicious.

I called the Saugus, MA store this morning to find out if they were in fact open for business. The weather was bad, so I didn't want to drive all the way there to find out they were closed. I called for over a half hour before anyone answered the phone. They were open, so I took the drive down to pick up the ham I ordered on April 1st. I ordered a quarter spiral ham. They quoted me a price of under $60.00. The clerk, Mike, told me they did not have any quarter spiral hams in the store. I had to buy a half ham and spent over $70.00 for it. They did take $5.00 off, but still. What is the point of ordering something, if you are not going to get what you ordered? Not happy at all. Probably won't be returning anytime soon.

Standing in a “pre-pay line” that is 10x the line of new customers. Their assumption of pre-paying is to facilitate the checkout but it is having the opposite effect. New customers that haven’t spent money yet are being serviced first. The system is bonkers given this isnt the first holiday crowd the store has experienced….

I always love honey baked ham. The new double Mac n cheese was the inspiration for this visit and it didn't disappoint. It was creamy, cheesy with a slight garlic flavor. The ham had a dot more smoke flavor than we normally expect, which will be perfect in the Boston baked beans I'm making with the one!
