The food was very well prepared, all steaks cooked as requested. The service was very good and special requests graciously accommodated. Jimmy's is a great and budget friendly place to get together with friends and family.

YOU MADE OUR DAY We took 9 residents from a local assisted living community to Jimmy’s in Saugus for lunch today. There were 11 for lunch in total. Our average age was over 80 with 5 using devices for mobility.
We were there for over two hours in the side room. Everything was excellent from the time our bus offloaded until we got back on the bus. Jimmy’s staff helped our group into and out of the restaurant and guided our folks to their large table.
The service was incredible from start to finish. THANK YOU to our waitress and all who assisted her. We lacked for nothing and were pampered. Everyone felt special.
The food was delicious for all with half the folks getting crabmeat pie and the remainder burgers or steak. Our group talked about how delicious everything was - how good it looked and tasted. Portions were large. We definitely want yo go back!!
The restaurant is always clean and inviting from the outside to the lobby to the dining area and even the restrooms.
Again, THANK YOU to ALL at Jimmy’s for making lunch very special and enjoyable today for a special group of seniors.

First time picking up lunch from here and it was awesome! The Teriyaki Steak tips did their thing. The complimentary bread and butter too? I’m definitely going to frequent here more often. Staff was sooo nice!
