This is the second time we have been here. The first time, the service was great. However, the consistency of the service isn't that great. Our second time here, the waiter spilled the raw marinated sauce on me and did not even apologize. It was clear the waiter saw the spill, but he just walked away and did not even gave us more napkins to clean the spill (until we asked for some paper to clean up the spill ourselves). first time eating at K-Town after work in a Friday, absolutely amazing food, everything I expected it was. good food, amazing music (BTS!!!!!!), absolutely amazingly polite, helpful, personable staff, huge variety of meat and seafood to BBQ. the service is impeccable, the served really care about the experience you have. every single server came by to help us, talk with us, and check on us. I can’t wait to come back, this may be my new favorite place. 1000 stars
