Delicious food and friendly staff
Dined here tonight and Long Noodle House is a hidden gem. My friend and I were looking for a tasty pho place close by, and man was this a good choice!
We started with the tamarind wings, and they were crunchy, juicy and flavorful; they we subtlety sweet, perfectly sauced/seasoned. The beef pho was super flavorful, more on the cinnamon-side. Lastly, the Hai Noi Bun was the best thing of the night. The fish sauce was sooo good, and meat cooked perfectly. I'll be back! Thanks so much for the delicious dinner.

We just finished an amazing dinner here! 10/10- the Pho broth is on point - the wait staff is kind. We each ordered the eye of round- you can’t go wrong!

I came yesterday to the store and tried the pho and it was phenomenal. First it had a big portion which was great. The noodles the server told me they make it when the order comes in and the noodles were really thin like an original pho. The meat was really tender and fresh and a lot :). The pho reminded me of when I had it back in Vietnam. The service there was really good too! The server knew the answer to all our questions and replied with great kindness. I had an overall great experience and will be back :)

I’ve tried several dishes at this amazing restaurant, and I have to say, it’s the most authentic Vietnamese food I’ve had in Boston so far. I highly recommend the Special Pho, Bun Bo Hue, and the Special Rice Dishes. The excellent customer service and inviting atmosphere, along with their unique cocktail recipes, make the experience even better.

I really wanted to like this place. My partner and I got terrible food poisoning. I dont know what happened but as soon as we were done we were both not feeling good one bit. we had chicken pho and veggie pho along with chicken wings. Server was very nice

I never write bad reviews. This may be my first.
This was not my first time at this restaurant. I've been here maybe 4-5 times before. This was definitely the worst, though, and unfortunately, it was unforgivable.
First, I told the waitress I had a nut allergy, and was almost immediately served peanut sauce. I knew what it was when they brought it, so no harm, and no big deal, but that was the first sign something was wrong.
Second, in pho, normally there is brisket. This is supposed to be made out of meat, preferably beef meat. Instead, amazingly, I was served pho with three pieces of *pure fat*. I am not exaggerating. I am posting a picture of that. At first I thought it might be tripe, but no, it was pure fat.
While this was the most offensive thing I have ever been served in the Boston area, somehow, THEY MADE IT WORSE. When I called the wait staff over to show them what was in my pho, their response was, "Sorry. As the meat gets toward the end, it gets more fatty. You had the last part of the beef."
So no effort at all to correct the mistake, and instead, they blamed me for there being no meat, just fat, in my soup. Because apparently I won the lottery that night where I get the non-food ingredients for dinner.
I will never be coming back under any circumstances. I only write this review in hopes that the restaurant will dramatically change practices so to avoid future patrons having such a horrible experience. Good luck if you choose this place.

Chicken wings were good but pho and the pork vermicelli noodles were just ok. I've had much better pork at other places. Staff was nice enough. Atmosphere felt a little too open and cold for me despite a neat urban theme which wasn't carried through on everything consistently. The table and chair heights were a little uncomfortable. Overall spent $120 on three people which is expensive compared to other options.
