We made the trip down from New Hampshire specifically for the Hanoi-style vermicelli, a dish we haven’t been able to find near home. After spending an entire summer in Vietnam recently, it became our daughter’s favorite meal—and this version did not disappoint. It was absolutely delicious!
We also tried the pho, which was the best I’ve had in years—rich, flavorful. The service was outstanding—truly a 10/10.
My only minor gripe is that there wasn’t a bartender on duty, so the beer selection was limited and underwhelming. Still, the food more than made up for it.

Long’s Noodle House is the real deal. Long and Wang are an awesome father and son team, and you can feel the love they put into everything! especially the pho, which is honestly some of the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend if you’re craving something authentic and delicious
