This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Everyone who works there acts rude and unhappy. Every single time I’ve ordered here, something in my order is wrong, whether it’s the type of milk or the size of the drink. I wish there were a different dunks close by but unfortunately this is the only one near me. They suck!!!

Pamela needs to be fired she’s extremely aggressive and very rude to me my food was cold in the middle I nicely asked her to reheat it and she threw a fit told me it was suppose to be cold which makes no sense who eats cold food! She refused to even give me my food of my coffee and only refunded me for one of my items I will never eat here again PLEASE FIRE PAMELA

Can't rate the food because the only time I've been to Scituate and waited in line for 10 minutes only to get up to the window and was told they aren't serving food because they are too busy. So I asked if she was serious, and with an attitude she said yes I am we are slammed, so I said ok Byyyeee and with an attitude she mocked me repeating me. I didn't get her name but she worked on 5/31/25 around 12ish at the dunkins near the Mobil station. I went to a sandwich shop near there. But this person needs to be fired or written up. I have never been treated so poorly.

Woman at the drive thru was very rude. She got my wife's order wrong. When my wife went inside to get her order corrected, the woman working the drive thru started swearing at her repeatedly, telling her she didn't get the order wrong. This was after my wife waited in line to get things fixed. Everyone was looking at this worker like she had lost her mind. My wife even offered to pay for the bacon again that wasn't put on her sandwich the first time. Finally my wife decided that it wasn't worth it and started to leave. The lady followed her outside and threatened to call the police. My wife told her she didn't need to call because she was already calling them. After the police arrived my wife was asking to speak with the manager but the manager never came out. The manager told the police to tell my wife never to come back in this DD again. Which is fine because why would anyone want to be treated this way. I don't understand how or why the owners would allow their employees to run their franchise this way. After reading all of the reviews it's obvious that the owners don't care that their employees are rude and incapable of being professional.

Front counter help was unattentive, rude and insulting. This location has a locked bathroom that has to be buzzed in order to let a customer use the bathroom it's the most embarrassing situation I've encountered at a dunkin' donuts. The whole atmosphere and how I was treated would make anybody never want to return I hope this place shuts down

One of the waitress is extremely rude. She got my order wrong and didn't want hear she got it wrong and instead she was screaming all over demanding respect. Will be back only because l never had a problem there with the others.

Manager waited on me, she was really rude to the point, where I started crying as I was getting back into my car, because she hurt my feelings by sternly telling me not to ask for my order by name, just look at bags or cups on the mobile shelf where my name would be clearly visible, and she said it gets annoying when she hears people ask for their names on orders all day long……. she went on about, it as I walked out. I will never go into this location ever again and I will be telling anyone who will listen not to give there business to such a horrible place!

Seriously impressed by this Dunkin ever since new management has come in. Drinks and food are significantly more accurate than they have been in years (which is great news if you have food allergies like me)! There are two lunch-time employees in particular at this location who are extremely friendly and make perfect drinks (seriously the best drinks I’ve ever had from Dunkin). I live on their hash browns and oat milk-based drinks. I really appreciate the attention to detail. Great job and keep up the good work!

Ordered a bacon egg and cheese with ketchup. Got a bacon egg and cheese. 3rd time this week they forget ketchup and I am not frustrated or upset just downright bewildered by the ability this location has to screw things up on such an impressively consistent basis. My jaw is on the floor. Besides that , Great people.
