Ordered Shepard’s got these oddities added to the dish after they had to check if there was any more left. Not worth the 24 $ price after these odd fillers.

We are longtime Scituate natives and live just down the street in the harbor. Went on 8/27 for a quick bite at 8:45.The chowder you could stand the spoon up in with a ton of flour. I joked we must’ve gotten the bottom of the pot and she said very currently that they make the chowder as required, and there wasn’t a pot. My hotdog was cold with a spicy relish – not very appetizing.
The young lady who wascbartender really couldn’t care about us being unhappy and slapped the credit card folder on the counter and walked away without saying thank you.
We would return on a regular basis, but this is not food or behavior that would cause us to do so. Will give it another try

Sweet little spot in downtown Scituate. We are out of counters who visit family regularly. They have something for everyone, including gluten-free and vegetarian. It's always our go-to when we don't know where to eat.

Great little place right off the Wharf. The food was amazing, the staff was great! A very nice lunch after 6 hours on a charter boat.
Once I discovered this place, we started going every Sunday for lunch to hear the live music. The food is great. The menu is not huge, but I have tried several things and they’ve all been good. I’ve gone alone, I’ve gone with friends. Always have a good time.The music is Sunday 12 to 3. Sometimes Irish folk, sometimes regular folk, sometimes reggae – small group acoustic. I love it.

Two tacos driest chicken I ever had and cold. Chicken fingers with soggy fries and a chicken dinner drenched in a cold cream sauce on everything. I’d have to say that was the worst 53 dollars I ever spent. Don’t think I’ll be back after that experience and we are all sitting at home still hungry because the food was terrible.

I was in the area for the weekend after a show in Boston the night before. Stopped by to have a drink or two while watching the Patriots. Bartender claimed my ID was fake without any explanation as to why. Being from out of state, I figured maybe that was why, but have never had an issue before. Sad to have to watch the 2024 Patriots sober.

Food is always good, prices are reasonable compared to other spots in town, and I SO appreciate their grilled chicken kids meal(my kid loves pubs but doesn’t love fried pub/typical kids menu food) - $20 dollar lobster rolls when in season… awesome staff (Elaine and Katie are absolute gems) and good drinks. Happy to have them in town

Bartender attempted to charge me for drinks i did not order, when I asked for refund on my card she attempted to ignore me until I sought help at the other end of the bar. Then, she came running to talk to the person helping me. I feel it should be common sense to remedy this right away and not charge someone for drinks they did not order. I sent an email through the contact section of Hibernian Tavern a few days ago, and no one has attempted to reach out to me.
