My go-to establishment to meet up with professional contacts living /working on the South Shore. It is definitely a great place to run into everyone you know, too. I highly recommend the iced mocha and lemon scone!

Great local spot for coffee. Dry, stale texture to scones. Would come back but wouldn't order scones.
I'm here on a trip to see family and this is near our family home, stopped in for clam chowder originally but they had none and it was only 12, I got a grilled cheese but only one side of it was grilled, my mom got a avocado BLT wrap and when she got it there was no mayo on it and there was no bacon in a BLT.... Bacon..Lettuce...Tomato those are the only main ingredients and there was no bacon 2 lbs of lettuce and a tiny measly slice of tomato and avocado, my cousin got a croissant and a cookie which was good and the lemonade was good but the service in general was meh at best. My mom went back to get the wrap fixed and they rifled through her wrap and just threw some bacon on it then handed her back the disheveled wrap, it was pretty upsetting for it being a small little place on the water that we were hoping would be good. Just a little upsetting

This place is great for a quick bite and caffeine! The kickstarter is so good and the caravan latte is perfectly spiced. And they always have the prettiest floral arrangements!

Disappointed, I couldn't make a Phone order to go. Having to download the app and create an account just to order food is a little excessive. Otherwise I was looking forward to the ice coffee and sandwich but that business was lost today by the store.
