Last night my wife and I dined at Riva for the first time. It was such a wonderful experience that we had to write a review. I ordered the chicken marsala which had a delicious crust on the outside, combined with perfectly cooked noodles. My wife had the short ribs and said they were the most tender she has ever had—cut-them-with-your-fork tender. Joseph, our server, was pleasant, funny, and helpful. All in all, it was a “perfect storm” of a dining experience: delicious food, attentive service, and warm ambiance. What more can anyone ask for!

Early dinner last night in the bar. First Christin the bartender is so nice and does a great job as the bar went from empty to packed while we were there. Our server Matt also did a great job as well. The menu has changed recently and the food we ordered was delicious. We shared arancini in Riva red sauce and they were crisp on the outside and loaded with fontina cheese on the inside. My wife had Bolognese with wide noodles which has been on the menu before and loved it. I tried the Tuscan burger which was a meatball recipe juicy burger loaded with flavor served with great crispy fries. Obviously Riva’s recent focus on enhancing their food is paying off as evidenced by the size of the crowd waiting for tables when we left.
I celebrated my birthday today in this fine place. I am glad to say that we enjoyed a magnificent evening and the venue was undoubtedly one of the reasons for that fruitful gathering. The team helped in a splendid way, the cuisine was tasty and my buddies were so pleased. We shall no dout come back again for more events. thanks very much.
