I'm always looking to keep my weight down & for the last few years Amped Nutrition has helped me do it.Ashley runs a great shop & has quite a few options for those of us who like to mix it up with new flavors.A bonus are the protein cake pops she makes. They definitely help keep the hunger away!
I recently stopped in on a whim and was pleasantly surprised by this establishment. The shop is clean and spacious with ample seating. The staff on shift were pleasant and prompt. The shakes cost $11 per cup but the serving is generous and very filling. I would definitely recommend this shop for a quick drink.
