was there tonight had to wait longer as Karen served her friend who was number 5 i was # 4 had to wait cuz she gave her friend my order and there was 2 ppl ahead of me cyz she was too busy talking she makes BK horrible then the manager comes out and snob queen to the customers cuz we are agitated Really 8/12/2019 7pm
