Dunkin' offers a mixed experience, with some customers receiving incorrect orders and burnt bagels. On the bright side, the team is praised for their quick help in urgent situations and friendly service. Many customers appreciate that the food and drinks usually come out good, including fresh coffee and tasty snacks like glazed donuts and bacon, egg & cheese on a croissant. The variety of flavors and breakfast options make it a convenient place for a quick treat. While staffing challenges may impact speed, most find the service quick enough, with wait times around 5-10 minutes. Overall, Dunkin' remains a reliable spot for coffee and snacks, despite occasional mishaps.
