Horrible! Only accepts coupons for least popular sandwiches. Slow service, does not listen and gets order wrong. Ingredients are not fresh. Employees are too lazy to open the restroom, so don't expect it to ever be available (permanently closed). The Subway on Armistice Blvd is much better. Don't waste your time going to Central Avenue in Seekonk. They have lost my business.

Funny how customers leave a bad review and then the owner calls you back and tells you to never return. Placed an online order twice, and both times got the order wrong but the owner only wants us to point out the good and not the bad with a condescending tone. But im sure since your business does not run off my review, this one review along with the others wont hurt.

Rude person after asking about the special and she snapped at me to do it on line - i told her i tried and the price was wrong - i asked her can you help she snapped again saying no - so much for customer service.

Parking: plenty of space not many customers here.

Their system went down during transaction, they made us wait, try multiple cards then told us to go get cash to get our food. This is unacceptable.
Then when I told them it's their machine not our multiple cards and that they should make it right they blamed us for trying to get free food.

Unacceptable. This establishment is run by unprofessional business owners and they should be ashamed.

The Store is manged by family who has rude behavior with customers and the food over is not hygiene all the store is filled with flys and veggie’s and meat are so called expired. This is worst store I have ever seen in my life. I not going there back again to such business without a responsibility.

I'm going to be one of those people who say, "if I could give 0 stars, I would". Now, I don't usually make negative reviews, but this one deserves it. Went in planning to order subs for my son and I, ordered my son's first and when I went down to the veggie section of the counter, saw an OBSCENE amount of bugs flying/crawling all around and on the veggie station. Said something, apologized and said i was all set. The guy started yelling at me, asking what the hell he was going to do with the sub he already made. I said, "I don't know, but I'm not buying/feeding my son something from an establishment that is infested with bugs". He continued to yell at me as I walked to the door, and I said something along the lines of you should tell the owner to clean this place. To which he replied he owned it (not something I'd be proud of, tbh). As I got in my car I saw he was coming outside with the sandwich, not sure what he was intending to do there, but I drove away before I could find out. Certainly will not be back to this location.

Went to subway ordered a breakfast sub egg, cheese bacon…..first the girl had no clue it existed finally figured it out, she charged me more then listed menu price by a few dollars, then get to car it’s frozen solid, go back in she wants to reheat, no at this point she says can’t, calls manager who is at a wedding, he tells me going to refund $10 and offers a free cookie and drink, no I don’t want those just full refund, she shoves cookies in my hand, I put on counter, manager then tells me he is losing money and now he’s pissed at me, she then shoves her phone in my hand again I tell her I’m done talking to them and leaving she won’t take phone back so I leave it on the table, this is the worst experience I have ever had and will be calling corporate and better business to file a formal complaint….diners beware of this place and I wasn’t the only one in line that got served frozen food

I went in today to grab lunch. After talking to the guy behind the register he was very friendly. My issue started when I got home and I notice I was charged almost $18 for an order that usually cost me $13 and some change, wherever I go. I forgot to get the receipt and that was my biggest mistake. Now it’s just $5 but it’s the principle of not stealing from your customers. I will not be returning here again.
